楽しかったね

The room was extremely dirty. I moved the table, but there was trash underneath. The bath gasket was covered in mold and it was disgusting. I felt like everything was extremely dirty, so I didn't feel like using the cups provided. One of the lights in the room was constantly flickering, so I couldn't relax at all. It was a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes. When I checked in, I was not given any explanation about how to open the room or what was in the room, I was only told the room number and given the card key. I accept the fact that most of the staff were foreign nationals as a sign of diversity. However, the staff were in their casual clothes, probably because they had finished their shift, and were sitting on the floor in a corner of the lobby on the first floor, chatting away with juice in one hand. Even though they were in a corner, they were right in front of the elevator. They looked like unruly high school students. There was no phone in the room to connect to the front desk. If you need to call the front desk, you have to pay the call charge and call an outside line from your cell phone. This may be because I am a beginner when it comes to business hotels, but what I found the worst was the attitude of the staff. I go to the front desk to borrow a thin blanket because I get hot easily and my wife gets cold easily, but I was surprised to hear the answer: "We don't lend them out as a rule. All futons and blankets are already in the rooms, and there are no extras." No way they only prepare futons for the exact number of guests. What would happen if one of the guests spilled a drink on the futon? Would that mean that guest would not have a futon? I'm sure the hotel will respond to this comment, but let me ask one question. The front desk's response to our futon - Did they really not lend out futons and there were not enough? - Or was it the negligence of the staff? I would like a proper answer. Well, I will never stay at a hotel in this group again.

My child had been bitten by ticks in several places. We were in a room at the back of the room on the 8th floor. We were coldly turned away because the parking lot next door had height restrictions and we couldn't enter.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I'd like to stay here again next time!
