Great hotel to stay in Sakae, Nagoya. Newly renovated, very convenient location-- near restaurants (Furaibo chicken is almost right next to it), convenience stores, shopping areas, transportation, aiport express bus terminal. All are accessible within a 10-15 minute leisurely walk! The luggage storage service is highly appreciated, too!

Excellent location. If don't mind walking, it is 40-45mins to Nagoya JR. Many things to check out along the way. Pancakes/cafes lovers rejoice, cos they r jus 10-15mins walk away. The hotel itself is near shopping area. It's a lot like Ginza/Shinjuku area, but less crowded. Would totally recommend, and choose to stay again. Nice to have free coffee and donut available. Pretty gd mini donuts. Lawson is jus downstairs.

I stayed with my 13-year-old daughter. I see a hotel with free sleeping under 12 years old at 々, but it was very helpful because it was not free to sleep under 18 years old, and the room rate of the former 々 was also cheap. One of the best stays I’ve had in Nagoya— clean, budget friendly, accessible and convenient!!! I have been looking for a place which is near Hisaya-Odori because it’s very accessible and there are different shops to explore, of course, restaurants to visit. One of which is Nagoya’s very popular “SEKAI NO YAMACHAN” — Nagoya’s best chicken wings. There are a lot of Sekai no Yamachan shops around this hotel, and they offer coupons for restaurants to try as well. If your a foodie and a shopaholic like me, then you’ll love this place!

The location of the Nishi Tetsu Cruum Hotel is fantastic, right next to the Sakae Station on the subway! (Just a 1-minute walk) The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's even free Wi-Fi! The hotel also has a large public bath, which is great for soaking and relieving travel fatigue. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options, so you'll leave feeling very satisfied! The staff is also very friendly. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Nagoya!

Room is small and not clean for such a new hotel, the bed is tooooooo soft, can’t slp at night. Cleaners speak so loud in the morning outside on the corridor. Overall, I will not ever choose this brand anymore.

The building is undeniably old, but the rooms and unit baths were clean and comfortable. Not only the amenities in the room, but also the shampoo bar, floss, cotton swab, emulsion lotion and so on at the front desk. I think women will be happy with welcome coffee. It's safe because disinfectant alcohol is installed in front of the entrance front elevator. I was able to spend a good time from check-in to check-out with a smile.

Basic hotel but clean and well maintained. size of room is generous for Japan standard. about 10 mins walk from Nagoya station. There are fewer restaurants than the East side of the station so it's quieter in the streets. I will stay here again.
