One of the #versed #Bad #Unprofessionalism #Pathetic Booking experience with Akansha Arya-90685 11234 Reservation Manager. I Said mam the prices are little high so Akansha Arya replied have you ever stayed in 3 star property in your life. If this is the kind of potential guest handled how can one expect book #BalautClubResort. #GSKirana plz look into the matter. This is not the way one should get.

Best location..... resort provided best hospitality......staff was very helpful.....food was very delicious.....i suggest everyone to visit here once.....it's a lifetime experience... thanks to mam for making our trip so good

We checked in on our last day of Trip there 23 March. Totally unprofessional staff running this property they don't know about hospitality we are feeling like we are in army contolment area. The lady manager was rude. Food quality was pathetic and there was too much restriction about the timing they are forcing us to take dinner before 10 pm. We are the only guests staying in this property but they have failed to provide us service. Never recommend this property to anyone.

RESORT IS OUTSTANDING AND PEACEFULL. RESORT MANAGER SONIA JOSHI IS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. PARKING IS AVAILABLE AND FOOD IS MIND BLOWING. THEY HAVE RABBITS. THEY HAVE SWIMMING POOL. THEY HAVE GARDEN AREA. THEY HAVE DUCKS. THEY HAVE HOT AIR BALLOON RIDE. THEY HAVE A NICE CAFETERIA.

Visited this resort in the month of may 2022, the resort was located quite far off from the main road in a secluded area, in a way this was good and bad at the same time, the staff behavior was ok but they could have been a bit more courteous, food options were very limited, all in all it was an ok ish stay not that bad neither very good.

Such a pathetic hospitality served by balaut resort. This is very first time we visited here , services full of negligence , we were seated 15mins before.none of them came to take order neither entertain with the menu. Moreover the table full of filth. And the cash counter lady Sonia is quite rude. We doesn't expected this from a well knows resort. We understand the rush and we do understand the no. Of covers But not attending the customers and giving rplys like "sir aadha ghnata lagega order lene mai" Why we should wait for 1/2 hrs to give orders . And than how long it will take to prepare? And then what the purpose of giving cover parking charges? Absolutely pathetic. Standard of service 0/5
