取匙的提示有點誤導，令人費解，浪費了時間向隔離住户救助，如能拍影片如何取匙較理想，影片可附上電郵以通知旅客，讓旅客明白，影片容易解說避免文字上的誤会，本身就是理解錯了信箱就是放匙的地方，明顯文字解說是不清楚，應附上影片。

非常漂亮的民宿，整座別墅租給你沒有其他人共用，還連外圍花園可燒烤和停車，地方環境優美，設備齊全，有燒烤爐有火鍋爐有廚房有雪櫃有洗衣乾衣機等非常齊，但地方實在比較舊而且部份設備失修，水喉關不上，相信屋主人可能不在日本，無人接待，屋主會發電郵給大門鎖匙的密碼，如沒收到該電郵請要盡快聯絡訂房網客服，因為基本上沒有任何方法可聯絡屋主，那如像我沒收到帶密碼的電郵就有可能進入不了一直待在花園自己想辦法

Very satisfied, there is a lot of space, the bed is very comfortable, and the big lawn is suitable for playing. There was no chance to set up a tent on a rainy day this time. I hope it will be sunny next time.
