AAlBajgurdPositive points: The hotel is overall good. Good value for its price. The room was warm (travelled in winter) - even had to leave the window open. The WiFi connection was fast. You can use their washing machines for your laundry (2 RMB). Close to the Nanchang West Railway Station.
Negative points: Very far from where all the fun is. The neighbourhood is quite new, apparently. Dead. Better to pay more and find a hotel in the city centre, as, anyway, you will spend the same money on taxis or waste more than an hour daily on public transportation (also need to walk about 1km from the subway station). The room was not very clean. The carpet under the bed looked horrible. Even saw someone's nail on it. A used toothpick on the floor in the toilet. There even was someone's snot on the wall in the shower. Lost 12 yuan when doing my laundry, as there's an ad popping up when you scan the QR code on the washing machine prompting you to pay 12 RMB. I can't read Chinese and didn't bother to check the translation as I didn't expect any other payment. The Front Desk hadn't warned me about it. I complained to Front Desk agent, who promised someone would get back to me on the matter the next day. Of course, nobody did. The service is sometimes slow. When you flush the toilet, the water splashes everywhere. Not very hygienic. The water in the shower at certain hours turns hot or cold every five to ten seconds - couldn't take a shower comfortably.

GGuest User第一次給酒店寫評論，不管是沃爾頓的ACA還是假日我一共住了9天，因為突然發燒的緣故不得不滯留在了南昌。這家酒店不管是環境衞生還是工作人員的服務，真的完美極致，令人心暖。我因身體緣故無法下樓續費，前台人員親自上來並且送了很多好吃的零食，甚至專門泡了薑茶端上來。並且期間我無時差的打電話給前台表達需求，所有工作人員超級耐心。酒店早餐種類也很豐富，環境更是沒得説啦！ACA每天一睜眼樓下就是江景，假日酒店也非常安靜。住酒店最重要的就是乾淨！這兩家沒得説，阿姨每天來打掃房間，更換所有用品。連保潔阿姨都很熱心！關心我的身體，提醒我多喝熱水，開窗通風。所有沃爾頓的工作人員真的很認真耐心熱心腸且敬業！在這個陌生的城市，因為沃爾頓讓一切變得温暖起來了，感謝！！

CChaoThe hotel is one of the high-end hotels in the city. The cost for one-night stay actually was very reasonable by U.S. standards. It offers shower and jacuzzi in the room and very comfortable bed. The excellent breakfast was also included. The front desk and concierge offered tremendous help with friendliness and sincerity.
Their service afterwards was also impressive. The front desk made an error with my U.S. credit card. Instead of using it as a deposit, he mistakenly placed a charge on it. After I returned to the U.S. I got an urgent message from trip.com to ask me to contact the hotel right away via WeChat. I got the credit back in a week with very timely follow up from the lobby service manager Andy.
I definitely will stay in this hotel next time for my visit of Nanchang.

There is a dedicated person at the door to open and close the car door for you. Everyone in the lobby smiles and greets you. Fruits in the room, afternoon tea and late night snacks are all available. There are many kinds of breakfast. The room is large and tidy. Slippers and toiletries are of high quality.
The cleaning lady Shen Huozhi cleans the room very carefully and responds promptly when needed. Thumbs up for her.
There are also souvenirs, which is a great experience
I highly recommend friends who come to Nanchang to stay here. I can’t recommend it more.

GGuest UserThis is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too!
The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there.
Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think.
The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service.

The breakfast is also delicious, the powder is very Nanchang
The only two disadvantages are
1) The hot water is not stable, not to the point of suddenly freezing to death, but you will feel that
2) There is no hand sanitizer or soap at the washbasin, and it is inconvenient to turn back to the bathroom to get it

AAnonymous UserI specially chose a star hotel close to the airport from the Internet. The price is very high. Xiaowan at the front desk was very enthusiastic to ask my hotel preferences in advance. The room sister helped me prepare buckwheat pillows. It was really intimate. The room was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. I have 2 friends, the restaurant's double meal is suitable for us, the taste is also very good for us to put less peppers. Opposite the hotel is the Lijiang River, that is, I didn't go there on rainy days, the scenery is good!

After knowing that the children had their birthdays during the stay, the front desk was very careful to prepare a birthday gift and was very satisfied. The surrounding environment is also very good. It is located near Nanchang Bayi Square. The attractions are basically on a line. You can take Metro Line 4 and then turn to Lines 1 and 2. You can basically reach it, saving driving parking and congestion problems. The room is also very satisfied, the room is relatively spacious, the health is satisfactory, the parking is very convenient, all are free parking. There is a self-service laundry room and gym. The lobby is very stylish. There are several areas that are punching in and taking pictures, especially the small fountain pool and huge elephant in the courtyard. The photos are very good. Breakfast is also very satisfactory, covering all kinds of specialties in Nanchang early, the crock soup powder is very good, the beef bone powder is also very good. Very recommended, come to Nanchang in the future preferred to stay!

GGuest UserExcellent facilities, especially considering the price. The swimming pool is very nice and is just a few hundred meters from the main hotel building. There is an area in the pool suitable for smaller children (0,6-0,8 meters deep). Swim caps are mandatory but can be bought at the swimming pool reception for 10 yuan each. The breakfast was mostly Chinese with, among other food, tasty noodles but there was also cereals, fruits and some bread. There is no playground inside the hotel anymore but it didnt bother us since we spent time in the swimming pool instead. The location is not central but the hotel is not very far from the subway station.
All in all a very good hotel for someone who wants a relaxing time and doesnt need live in the city center. We enjoyed our stay.

GGuest UserMy friend came to Nanchang to play, so I specially invited him to stay here. It's not far from the subway, so it's convenient to go anywhere. It's also a chain brand, so the room must be good. After staying here, I feel that it's really cost-effective. It's very pleasant to go out for a walk at night.
