Free parking is available in the courtyard and at the door. The front desk was very welcoming and gave us two free cups of freshly ground coffee when we checked in. There was free mineral water, coffee, and tea in the room. The breakfast is also quite good, with a relatively rich combination of colors and nutrients. There is a self-service laundry room on the first floor which is very convenient and can also be used for drying. Recommended!

There is a river around, surrounded by green plants, and the air is very good. The fishing guy can throw two poles by the river. From 5 o'clock to 7 o'clock, he will harvest a lot. The hotel has 2 towers, a newer one and older one. Make sure to book the newer tower as the rooms are new and bigger. Jim Xu at the front desk was a great help at the check-in. He made sure small details are considered. Sally Xu & her team also ensured the check-out was smooth & fast.

Location wise is good, room is clean, near to mrt and tourism spot.
Only want to feedback that the receptionist at 1030pm dated 31 Oct 2024, was not professional. She was trying to avoid eye contact while answering our queries on payable TV program and kept handling the computer only. Not able to resolve our issue. Appreciate the management to look into this for better front desk service experience.

If you want to stay close to Nanjing South station this hotel is suitable for you. Location is not bad, it on corner of big street and close to Nanjing South station. Bed is comfortable on day time it a bit noisy of neighbors because this time have contraction. Check processes quite simple and staff good. Amenities is clean but have some damage examples towel have hole and in bathroom roofs is dirty. Bathroom shower a bit old 233 but it’s ok. Anyway overall it is ok if hotel can change some weaknesses.

I booked a city-view room, surprisingly I was upgraded to the river-view room, Yeah !!! The room was great, it had this stunning view of the river and the island. If it was not for the work, I’d love to stay a bit longer, and enjoy the beautiful sunset with a fine glass of wine. Oh, and I love the tea set in the room, very Chinese style.
The staff was lovely, especially the manager Connie who had been very hospitable and friendly. She shared some nice information about the hotel design & decode, and gave me some ideas for walking around the area. Indeed her pieces of advice helped a lot to make my first visit here much easier.
I love Nanjing !! And I’ll definitely be back if I get the chance.

NNini121The location is remote, but the overall hotel environment is good. However, when checking in, the waitress at the front desk had a black face the whole time, as if she was owed. It was already 5pm when I arrived at the hotel, but I was told that the room was not ready and I was asked to wait for an hour. I am relatively speechless. I contacted Ctrip customer service and prepared to communicate. The waitress came over immediately and said that the room was ready. I used the bathroom sink at night and the water pipe leaked badly. Fortunately, there were two basins. It was late at night and I was too lazy to call customer service. The entire check-in experience was okay except for the hardware problems and the service attitude that needs to be improved. I didn’t go out to eat in the evening, so I bought a set meal on the second floor of the hotel. It was really not that delicious. The ingot shrimps were all cold, so I asked the waiter to heat them up in the microwave. All the dishes were like a group meal 😂. The breakfast the next day was average and enough to fill you up.

We were holding thermos cups and they filled us up with hot water and gave us two bottles of warm mineral water. Because we parked on the road at the door, we were told that a ticket would be issued and we were allowed to leave. Leave the key at the front desk to help us move the car the next morning. Very considerate! ! ! ! Because I had to go to Tangshan after visiting Vientiane World the next day, I only stayed one night. The environment was very good. Before leaving, we were given two more bottles of mineral water. I was very attentive and gave us two masks and a large plate. Oranges are for guests to pick up, but we are too pressed for time. Let’s pick them up next time hahahahahahaha

PPatrickeblevinsMy wife and I are trying our best to have children but it has been very challenging. We needed a place close the hospital and decided to try Qingmu hotel because it was conveniently located and looked comfortable from the outside and had mostly positive reviews on trip.com.
As a foreigner who speaks very little mandarin I was concerned about communication with the hotel staff. But I was pleasantly surprised with how efficiently they handled this problem. We were able to chat with help of WeChat and google translate. They also knew more English than I thought they would. Soon we were very friendly and found a productive way to communicate my needs and get the best room possible. They also helped with our travel bags and provided water and a snack. I felt very happy and comfortable with their services and they made this feel like a home more than a hotel stay.
The room was very inviting and smelled freshly cleaned. The bed was very comfortable and my wife has had back pain but said that the bed was perfect for her. It was nice that they were able to store our medication in a temperature controlled fridge while we continued to work towards conception. We had a wonderful view of the city and the bathroom had essentials to aid in freshening up between sessions. The shower had hot water and a removable head and could fit two people.
We had access to a microwave oven to warm our lunch and a laundry center to catch up on our travel clothing cleaning needs.
The hotel is located close to the subway and is surrounded by many restaurants and other forms of entertainment. Staying here during the Chinese New Year you could feel the festivities all around you, with brightly colored decorations and music.
The hotel was also pleasantly decorated with flowers in our rooms as well as in the lobby.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great stay, for an even better price, my wife and I will definitely return here. I attached some photos of my stay below.
