Xiao Meng at the front desk was beautiful, enthusiastic, and attentive, making us feel right at home.

The hotel room is spacious and bright, and the bed is comfortable, allowing you to fully relax and rest. The facilities are quite complete. I didn't bring any makeup remover, so I went to the front desk to get two makeup remover wipes. The service was very good. The hotel recommended by a friend, I went to Nanning for one night during the Spring Festival in 2024. The sanitation was really poor. The toiletries were removed and the carpet hair was a lot. I seriously suspected that I would let me stay without cleaning. Because I didn’t find it for the first time with my children, I didn’t ask for a room change. I endured no bad reviews! This time I set it for others (the location is convenient). When I entered the floor, the carpet hygiene was also poor, especially the carpet. The bare feet stepped on the footboard and were dark and sticky. A lot of dirty things, look at the carpet hair carefully... There is no change compared to 2024, disappointed! Yishang Hotel has also lived many times, this is the worst health! However, the front desk service of the hotel is good, the location is good, it is a chain hotel, I hope to strengthen health management, personal suggestion: carpet hygiene is not good, it is better to remove it.

The service was consistently excellent, with warm and genuine hospitality. The laundry service for clothes was particularly good. It's conveniently located near a large shopping mall. Just a heads-up: there's some construction on one of the floors right now, so travelers with irregular schedules or jet lag might want to be aware. You can ask the front desk for earplugs. The room was clean, comfortable, tidy, and spacious, bright and spotless. It's comparable to a Hanting or Atour hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese. Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

The location is quite convenient, especially for self-driving with a rental car. It's easy to get on and off the highway as the main roads are well-maintained. There's the Jianzheng Road night market about a kilometer's walk away, and it's a convenient and cheap 10-odd yuan taxi ride to Sanjie Liangxiang. There's a gym that requires a key card to access. It's quite convenient for traveling with children and elderly family members. Breakfast was decent, and the price wasn't bad, though it did double during Chinese New Year, but that's to be expected during holidays.

I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the night view from the window was great 🌃. The service was also very good, with quick responses from the front desk. Downstairs, transportation is convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it was an OK experience, and I'd consider staying here again next time 👍.

The location of the hotel is very nice, it is very convenient to go to various attractions, you can check in along the river to the Pavilion Pier, and the Pingxi Night Market is also very close.
