When I checked in at the front desk, the service attitude of the lady at the front desk was relatively good. The arrival time was around 12:30. The front desk said that the hotel only had four comfortable double rooms, and they were all full and they had not checked out yet. Then they said that as a guest of their hotel, You can check out until three o'clock in the afternoon, normally it is twelve o'clock, but there is still one room, and you can add money to upgrade the room type. It's not that you can't add tens of dollars, but this kind of feeling is a bit awkward. Well, fortunately the upgraded room is not bad. When we went out, we happened to meet the cleaning attendant at the door of the room and said, ”Hello, auntie, can I have an extra pair of dental appliances?”

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese. Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

Stayed last month and came again this month. The hotel lobby is spacious, bright and clean. The beauty manager in the front office is super good. I asked about the check-in needs on WeChat before I checked in. When I arrived at the store, the room was arranged and free upgraded. Happy! The hotel has a free large parking lot, and it is very convenient to go to Pavilion Pier, Qingxiu Mountain and Fangte. The breakfast is very rich and we are very good for business trips. The room was clean and tidy, the mattress was not soft or hard, and the sleep was relieved. The room sister service is very good, also help to organize the clothes, help me take the clothes to wash, very intimate. Someone served herbal tea when checking in. The hotel management team has an attitude and temperature, it is worth constantly punching in!

The decoration of the hotel is simple and elegant, and pure music is played in the lobby and corridors, making people feel like they are in an art exhibition hall, which has a great atmosphere. The room is clean and tidy with complete supplies, and the bedding is very comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast items are complete, and the color of the tableware makes people look appetizing! The restaurant service staff were very enthusiastic and kept introducing the dishes to us. All in all, the stay experience was very good, recommended to stay here
