A truly great stay! The room layout was well-designed, with excellent ventilation and natural light. Everything I needed was provided, and the cleanliness was meticulous. The soundproofing at night was good, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The staff were polite, attentive, and very efficient. The surrounding area has all the amenities you could want, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The price was affordable, making it excellent value for money overall. I genuinely recommend it to everyone.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including local specialties like Laoyou noodles, as well as pastries and desserts suitable for children, so kids won't have a problem finding something they like. The hotel also allows children to try on ethnic minority costumes, which makes for fun photos. The location in the ASEAN Business District is convenient for getting around and finding food. It's only a ten-minute walk to Vientiane City. If you're bringing kids to Nanning and want a place with a great atmosphere and hassle-free stay, this hotel is highly recommended. We stayed on a high floor and didn't even draw the curtains at night, falling asleep to the city lights. The rainy and foggy weather made the experience even more atmospheric~

Staying at Wanda Vista Nanning for a business trip, I accidentally lost my ID. The front desk staff patiently helped me review the surveillance footage and meticulously searched my room, and thankfully, they quickly found it. The room facilities were brand new and well-equipped, and the bedding was soft with excellent soundproofing. Katie, an angel, was warm and attentive throughout my stay, even helping me get a room upgrade and some fruit. This small incident unexpectedly showcased the hotel's warm service, making my trip much more reassuring. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanning.

The room was great, spacious, clean, tidy, and well-equipped with amenities, feeling very new. The hotel entrance was grand, the lobby was impressive, and the location was excellent with plenty of dining options nearby. You could walk to many restaurants, and getting a taxi was easy too.

My stay at Shangri-La Nanning was absolutely delightful! The lobby on the 68th floor offers an amazing panoramic view of the entire city. The hotel's decor, with its strong Guangxi Zhuang ethnic characteristics, was very pleasing to the eye. The swimming pool on the 71st floor is an absolute highlight! And the Laoyou noodles for breakfast were also excellent. Our butler, Linny, provided exceptional service. She called ahead to discuss our check-in needs, thoughtfully recommended local attractions and restaurants, and genuinely anticipated our every need. Any issues we had were promptly resolved by her. The team, including Wynn, Maddy, Zoey, and Ava, were all very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with beautiful scenery and impeccable service. Highly recommended!

Better maintained than I expected! I was initially hesitant to book, fearing the hotel might be old, but a 5-star is a 5-star. The service is excellent, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. Parking is convenient, and the location is great with everything you need nearby. The hotel's front desk is even a popular spot for photos! I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance; it offers great value for money. Plus, the best Thai milk tea is right nearby—it couldn't be more perfect!

The hotel's location is super convenient, right in the heart of Chaoyang district. The hotel itself is great, with a laundry room and a gym. Breakfast was really good too, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and hot water came out instantly. The room had both disposable slippers and reusable ones, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, offering great recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. It's close to Shuangmajing Xiguan Night Market, the train station, Zhongshan Road Three Streets and Two Alleys, and we even managed to visit Qingxiu Mountain, which was fantastic.

The entire route is covered with canopies and roofed walkways, so you don't have to worry about getting wet when it rains – very thoughtful. The room amenities are complete, with everything you need for daily use. Breakfast is served from 5:30 AM to 10:00 AM, which is especially convenient for early morning flights. There's a wide variety of choices, including 'Lao You Fen' (Old Friend Noodles), Guilin rice noodles, 'Luosi Fen' (Snail Noodles), and Cantonese dim sum – a great selection. Our rented car was delivered directly to the hotel entrance, and they also offer free parking. This makes it super convenient whether you're driving your own car or a rental. Overall, our stay was excellent.

There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and local markets in the surrounding area, which is incredibly convenient. Check-in & Service: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to assist with any queries. They were always ready to offer directions or help with taxi arrangements, which made the stay even more hassle-free. Room: The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and the pillows were just right for a good night’s sleep. The room was equipped with all the usual amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi, and an air conditioning unit that worked perfectly. The bathroom was spacious, with a good shower and all the necessary toiletries provided. Facilities: The hotel has a small but functional fitness center, which I used a couple of times during my stay. While it’s not a massive gym, it has enough equipment for a decent workout. There’s also a restaurant on-site, which serves a variety of Chinese dishes. The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty, offering a mix of local and continental options. Value for Money: Given its central location and the comfort of the facilities, Sanzan Hotel offers excellent value for money. The price is very reasonable, especially for a hotel that is so conveniently situated near a metro station.
