Judging from the decoration, Puyue should be positioned as higher-end than Manyue, but most of the service staff are far less enthusiastic, generous and kind than Manyue. Although the hotel room is large, the design does not feel very practical. There are 3 tables alone. The bed is relatively small, and it would be a bit crowded for three people to sleep, and the cost of an extra bed is also relatively expensive. The package includes afternoon tea and fruit, but we didn't get it for the two afternoons we stayed. The first time, I remembered it at night and reminded the hotel, so they sent it to us. The second time, I forgot it, but I remembered it when I was rushing to check out in the morning. I mentioned it to the hotel and said that they didn't send it to us. The front desk said: I will send you a bigger plate next time you come. 😂😂😂 In short, except for the good breakfast, the overall experience this time was not very satisfactory, probably because of the comparison with Guilin Manyue. But seeing that the hotel gave us free breakfast, I still give it a five-star rating. Because this time I came to Nanning mainly for a temporary transfer during the Spring Festival travel rush, I just traveled by the way. I may not come again in the future. If I come, I may consider other hotels.

This hotel is WOW! Looks just like the pictures. Friendly + helpful staff. Decent breakfasts (both Chinese + Western). Great location, about 5 minutes walk from MixC mall or Hangyang mall. Subway line 1 stops are found next to the each mall. Room was amazing & luxuriously comfortable! Only problems were a loud creaky sound on the room's wooden floor and irresponsible guests who smoked in the passages without permission, leaving an unpleasant smell behind for non smokers. I would still do future stay at this hotel as I believe my complaints are isolated cases that don't always occur.
