酒店周圍環境不太好，衞生狀況很糟糕，感覺沒人打掃街道。酒店房間設施挺好的，早餐也 不錯，就是不知道為什麼自助餐不讓客人自己取，而是由服務員替客人取，這種服務方式對於語言不太流的遊客來説有點麻煩，也增加了服務人員的工作量，實在是吃苦費力不討好。

Hotel with good facilities, just right for a three star. The bad thing is the location, next to an industrial estate and Chinese area of Naples. To go to the center you have the metro (Gianturco stop) line 2, a 5-10 minute walk, all straight.
Buffet breakfast service mostly pastries, coffee, scrambled eggs and bacon, and waiters serve, it is not self-service, but in general everything is good.

Hi,
We were upgraded to their next door hotel.
Location is quite close (1 metro station to Garibaldi or Napoli Centrale) but the area is quite dirty and felt unsafe.
Hotel room was super clean and facilities were top notch and good value for money. We had breakfast included but we had to leave early morning so didn't take the breakfast.
The main complaint I had was: They kept us waiting telling us that room will be ready in 5 min but took more than 1 hour. Granted we arrived at 12 and we were ready to drop the bag in the storage but they kept on telling will be in 5-10 min. It took them like 75 min to get the room ready. When I confronted them, they were quite unapologetic about it and in fact they were telling that they are doing a favour...
Overall:
Good hotel, good facilities.
Staff was unhelpful and area was dirty.

The Hotel is not in a great location. There is a walk of about 7 minutes to Gianturco train station and you can see rubbish everywhere. However the Hotel was very good. Very friendly staff, always ready to answer any questions and a free bus/shuttle for the evening . The hotel is very clean, has a good air conditioning system and the breakfast has a good variety of crostatas, other cakes and pastries, fruits, eggs and toast.

Guardandolo da fuori non entreresti mai. Dentro invece è molto bello pulito, camere spaziose, personale gentilissimo, un' ottima colazione e per tutti i gusti. L'unica pecca secondo me, non ha un frigo bar in camera. Se dovessi tornare a Napoli sicuramente ci tornerei

After reading reviews I was slightly dubious. But wow I was surprised. Lovely hotel, staff. Breakfast not English but loads of choice. Rooms clean. I had a room with a balcony. Travelled with my two daughters. Had drinks in the evening in the sister hotel before catching the shuttle bus (free). Right of the hotel is a place to drink. Gianturco station close by. Easy to use and safe. Not once we were scared. Reliable trains but get tickets validated once purchased. Honestly we had a lovely time. Myself and my daughters enjoyed.

Nice hotel, breakfast was nice, just a shame you couldn't help yourself and you had to be served. Hotel was nice and clean, room service was great, a shame the rooftop was inaccessible.
Staff were friendly and very helpful at reception.
