Very weak breakfast. Terrible cleaning. There was hair on the sheets. Bathroom with bad smell.

In a fraud, I was told to pay a tourist tax on check out. I was forced to pay 28 euros despite not being notified. After I left I found out I’d been overcharged8 euros. It is 2.50 euros per night and me and my son stayed4 nights and it’s a 3 star so it is 20 euros. I complained to Trevor at Travekdeals who refused to take action against the fraud . Travel deals wrongly midsole me a holiday based on a misrepresentation it included an all expenses coach trip to Pompeii to pick up at 7am. I found out it was not included and had to go by train plus pay my entry tickets to Pompeii. I would like to report these rogues to the travel ombudsman on principle and because I am now out of pocket of 30.50 euros in total snd do not work and single mum on six. It is disgusting. Think twice before going to Italy or travelling with travel deals or staying at Hotel Diamond. It is 3 star and does not even have a kitchen to cook in so is far from a four star hotel by miles.

Camera pulita e letto molto comodo, il personale cordiale e disponibile. l'Hotel è ubicato in posizione tranquilla, vicino alla Stazione Centrale e comodo per visitare il centro storico di Napoli. La colazione è di buona qualità e discretamente assortita.

Hatte ein EZ Deluxe reserviert und auch bezahlt, bekam aber ne total heruntergekommene Abstellkammer. Trotz vorzeigen meiner Deluxe-Reservierung, wurde mir gesagt, daß sie nur eine normale EZ-Buchung vorliegen haben und bekam kein anderes Zimmer. Mehrere längere Telefonate bei ******* brachten auch nichts. Von ******* bekam ich eine lächerliche 20 Euro Gutschrift. Alles in allem ein totaler Reinfall :( in Bezug auf's Hotel, aber auch in Bezug auf *******.

I had booked a deluxe single room, but got a "normal" single room. This room was more of a broom closet :( Also the cupboard was broken, the frame of the room's door was damaged, the headboard of the bed was no longer firmly connected to the rest of the bed, no table, no chair, there was an almost constant smell of sewage/feces.
My comment regarding the deluxe single room I had booked was answered by the hotel with "we're fully booked anyway" and *******'s efforts didn't help either, as no one from the hotel thought it necessary to answer the phone :(

I had already paid with the agency and they made me pay again telling me it was the tourist tax they cheated me of €55 a real scam 55 for 3 people they cheated us of €165 and it's a shame
