Innanzitutto bisogna sottolineare la gentilezza, l’ospitalità e la disponibilità dell’intero staff. Fin da subito Raffaele e Luigi ha manifestato disponibilità, ben oltre la loro professionalità. Le signore delle pulizie semplicemente adorabili! La struttura finemente ristrutturata e pulita, si trova in una posizione veramente strategica baricentrica ad ogni quartiere o via da visitare Io per lavoro e divertimento viaggio davvero tanto (almeno 4 notti a settimana fuori città o nazione), e in questo caso, posso certificare uno dei rapporti qualità/prezzo più centrati. Propreté ……. Literie 0 Salle de bain baignoire à 30cm du lit d ou sans doute les nombreuses moisissures sur les mur . Aucun service de bagagerie inexistant Avion a 20h rendre la chambre a 10h débrouillez vous avec vos valises . Bref je ne recommande absolument pas Rapport qualité prix 0/10

Ripeto la recensione negativa scritta per questa abitazione nella pagina della Dimora dei Giganti, gestita dalla stessa organizzazione maisons de charme, alla quale il direttore ha risposto in tono arrogante con una serie di menzogne che mi costringono a ribadire il giudizio generale pessimo e segnalarlo a Tripadvisor. Gli unici aspetti positivi della Schiara Guest House sono la posizione centralissima nel cuore di Napoli e la terrazza panoramica, per il resto il servizio offerto è inadeguato al prezzo: 175 euro di media a stanza (ne abbiamo occupata una per 4 notti e altre 4 per due notti nel periodo 5-9 ottobre). Il direttore scrive che abbiamo "cercato di negoziare con il nostro staff il prezzo della prenotazione, come in un mercato africano, cosa scorretta dopo aver accettato il prezzo e prenotato on-line (in cambio di un occhio di riguardo sulla RECINZIONE - ha scritto proprio così... -). Poiché non avevamo il POS portatile, ma ce l'abbiamo solo in ufficio, non hanno voluto dare la carta di credito, per fare il pagamento a distanza, hanno pagato in contanti, non certo richiesto da noi". O ci ha confuso con un altro gruppo o mente spudoratamente: nessuno ha chiesto lo sconto, nessuno ha trattato e conserviamo numerose loro mail e sms che confermano la richiesta tassativa di pagare cash all'arrivo, cosa fatta senza fiatare. Ah, stiamo aspettando ancora la ricevuta... Sapevamo perfettamente che non ci fosse ascensore per 4 piani, ma nel sito c'era scritto che avremmo avuto aiuto per un bagaglio: lo abbiamo dovuto richiedere (il ragazzo che ci ha accolto era sorpreso che questo servizio fosse stato promesso e gli abbiamo lasciato volentieri e spontaneamente 7 euro di mancia) solo per l'arrivo della prima coppia, le altre quattro coppie si sono arrangiate senza protestare. Il direttore risponde che è venuta una ragazza e che ha portato su due valigie (anzi, scrive "salito due valigie"): ma di chi parla? In una stanza non c'era mai l'acqua calda e nelle altre finiva presto, ma nessuno di noi ha mai telefonato per protestare, come sostiene il direttore. Su altre due questioni cruciali invece ci risparmia la sua maldestra ironia: la pulizia e i letti scomodi. Ribadisco: pulizia sbrigativa e insufficiente, arredi impolverati, stoviglie sporche. Già che ci siamo, aggiungiamo allora anche l'assenza di tende adeguate a oscurare la luce: ci si sveglia all'alba. Anche questo fa parte del fascino dei vecchi edifici napoletani? La terrazza avrebbe bisogno di una riverniciata, ma magari rovinerebbe lo stile decadente... Infine, il direttore ci consiglia di andare in alberghi a 5 stelle dove c'è la cameriera al piano: non si preoccupi, ci andiamo spesso (scrivo da uno di questi, guardacaso, a 5 stelle) dove la cameriera al piano la sera lascia i cioccolatini sul cuscino e non spariscono invece i pacchi di biscotti come accade nella sua dimora di "charme"....

Dirty, bad, without air conditioning and with holes in the beds and bathroom dirty with poop, dust everywhere and staff that smells like sweat. I don't understand how NAS nowadays keep this facility open. False advertising online Avoid if you can, there are many other establishments cheaper and cleaner

We stayed for three nights. Courtesy of the reception staff. Clean room. Clean bathroom equipped with all accessories. Nice apartment in common places. The only downside is that there is no lift to get to the room. Central area near Santa Chiara perfect for visiting Naples. I advise

the proposed room is nice and clean also the location is excellent if one wants to stay in the center. It is located on the top floor of a 4-storey building with a very steep staircase and no lift, so it is not good if you have difficulty getting around. The room had the problem the blackout curtain was too small for the window and in the morning you could no longer sleep when the sun came up and for a non-cheap establishment it is strange that they saved on a curtain that had already been reported by other users. also the bed squeaks when you move .... annoying. Be careful when booking because the pictures show a terrace on the roofs, kitchen etc. but the reality is different the roof terrace is only for the high apartment the rest of the rooms have a shared terrace and the kitchen is not even usable for a coffee. also it is not possible to leave the luggage after the checkout. The receipt of the tourist tax is on a standard receipt without the name... Ultimately the room is nice but we didn't like some things and for the price paid you could do better, moreover the photos and descriptions when you book are a bit misleading and they don't always correspond to what is offered.
