Our heartfelt thanks for the outstanding experience we had during our recent stay at the hotel. Travelling with pets can sometimes be challenging, but your team went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, ensuring both we and our pets felt at home. The room was immaculate, and we greatly appreciated the thoughtful pet amenities, from the pet mats to the wonderful birthday decorations. It was clear that the team had put a lot of thought into making your hotel a truly pet-friendly environment. The nearby outdoor spaces were perfect for walks, and horticulture is incredible making the hotel more beautiful... I also want to commend your housekeeping staff for their attention to detail and for maintaining such a clean environment, special thanks to Robit and Tejas for caring for our fur babies. Also, all the security staff was very polite and helpful. The lady at the main entrance was very welcoming with a warm smile.

Hotel Ashwin is very good place family, Hotel staff and services are much appreciated, apart from facilities all arrangement for break fast, lunch, dinner is delicious with multiple option of food they serve. Hotel Room are neat and clean. I recommend this to all. and the first impression itself is so wonderful! The ease to reach, the location, the parking, the reception, and the customer-friendly professionalism by the staff is really amazing. And to top that, the room would any-day beat the internal-national business class hotels. I am sure the whole experience would surely be amazing. Keep up the great service!

Property was quite big and good. My sky room was only average, as i stayed at many other good maintained properties can easily compare. Room was ok ok only and old fashioned. They were not having luggage carrying cart also, luggage boy was just pulling my trolley bad on hard bricks all way, even smaller resorts have luggage carts. Food was also not good enough, in dinner they had buffet option only, i said ok and went for buffet but got disappointed. No taste, and for buffet had only limited options. No good starters only 1 chicken and panner starter, mutton biryani was smelling bad, and gravy was also not good. On the contrary morning breakfast was really good, we enjoyed breakfast as had multiple options and good taste. Coming to our stay, property was big, we went for property tour as well but other than that no proper activity in the resort. Only boating is there that was unfortunately closed as was raining but other than that nothing to do just you have to sit in room and come out for lunch- dinner. No garden and space for enjoyment. Kids playing area was also very downstairs and in just 1 small room. So if you want to go only to relax and sit in the room for 1 just day you can try,

Serene and beautiful place, with very warm hospitality. We were 33 of us, age ranging from 4 to 76 yrs. And all of felt very comfortable there. Good food, good service, lovely place and vicinity. We had a 1 nite stay, so enjoyed bonfire too. Lot of greenary, well maintained swiming pool, such cosy and clean rooms. All in all, we have lots of fun. Highly recommended for a group picnic.
