Upkeep not at it’s finest, non smoking room smelled heavily of smoke with stains in sheets, bathroom falling apart

Drove five hours to see my brother in the Sky light trauma center. Who's on life support. His little dog was dropped off to us unexpectedly. It says pets welcome. We were kicked out and lost our money for the stay. No chance to pay for the 6 pound dog. Go where you business is appreciated. No class or compassion for people. A liar and a cheat.

What a spot! Dirty, old, damp, smelly, poor condition. This place needs a complete overhaul or burned down and rebuilt. Also in a very questionable neighborhood. Met young people in parking lot with obvious guns in their pockets. Scared to stay here. Were booked for 2 nights but left after one. Should never have checked in to start with. Spoiled our Nashville experience.

There is no free breakfast. This place is nowhere near “North Nashville” or the Grand Ole Opry. It’s a good 10-12 miles away. The area is sketchy at best. It’s creepy and not very pleasant. The room was clean enough but we can’t wait to leave. Their description of the hotel and amenities is self-promoting and highly misleading.

This Days Inn is close to The Eastside Bowl where I was volunteering for WMOT Radio during AmericanaFest. My room was very clean, comfortable and had everything I needed and more for my overnight stay.

Adequate but tired. We only stayed two nights but that was enough. The room had a grubby feel, stale smell and needs a refresh. Don't build your hopes up about the breakfast, Hilton it is not. Pre-wrapped danish and mediocre coffee but there was free parking, location was ok and you could get breakfast next door. My only complaint is that the vomit outside my room was never properly cleaned away.

Not as the photos advertised. The floors were disgusting and if you walk barefoot, your feet are black instantly. They acted as though towels were a “gift”. We had 4 people and only given 3 towels each night. Had to ask each time and were told it was against the rules. Bathroom/shower was not cleaned to standard either. However, the pool was nice.

Clean, friendly, great location, quiet would definitely stay again if ever in the area. We was very pleased overall with everything. Swimming pool was clean and nice. Everyone that works there was amazing

Bathroom shower, floors, and towels dirty. Beds very uncomfortable. Fridge was dirty.we ran out of toilet paper. Had to go to the front desk to get to. The nicest part of the hotel was in the front where they had koi fish. We also liked the pool. It was clean.
