Bedside light did not work and staff was not respondent to my request to replace it… There was also a colony of ants parading on the bedside table..

The hotel itself looks very nice and when you walk in it looks like you’re going to have a very nice stay. From the little interaction we did have with the staff they were helpful and kind. The big issue we had were ants, we had left a candy bar wrapped in its wrapper and a couple cookies in a zip lock baggie on the nightstand when we left for a concert and when we came back a few hours later it was covered in ants. Being on the fourth floor, this is concerning. After looking into the reviews more, we found that other guests have had this issue. It seems to me like they may have an ant infestation issue, I don’t see how that many ants could get in there that high up that quickly without it. I think they need shut down for a few days to bring in an exterminator or something.
We ended up leaving early last night and requested to not be charged for the room, as of right now the funds are still withheld but I was told to check again in 3-5 business days since it was a prior authorization. It doesn’t feel necessary to be charging prior authorizations for these services but I will keep checking to see if these funds get released.

New facility. Nice and spacious. Reasonable price for pet. For a new place the bathroom plumbing has issues. Very low water pressure for sink and shower doesn’t drain correctly so water up to ankles while shower ing.

A little further off from midtown/downtown but definitely worth staying as the property is clean and newer. Our room was super spacious with a kitchenette
