This hotel had the worst price-performance ratio I've ever experienced in Germany. That means very high prices and bad performance. I would never come back to this hotel. At 21.15 clock I arrived at Nesselwang train station with 40 kg of baggage. There is no hotel shuttle. When I called at the hotel, I was given the telephone number of a taxi company, but there was no one who answered my calls. So I had to put 40 kg of baggage on a very bad and very sharp way to the mountain for 40 minutes. The wheels of my baggage went broke. This hotel is ”green and environmentally friendly” but when you arrive with public transport, you are lost. The price for the room in my group price was too high (€ 604 for 5 nights). If I had booked it myself, I could have booked it cheaper. The value offered did not justify the price at all. In the room there was no desk, nor even a chair. Breakfast was generally delicious. However, if you wanted mirror eggs, rhetoric or cooked eggs for breakfast, you had to cook them yourself! That's a bad service I've never experienced in a hotel. It was just about saving staff and money. The hotel does not offer any meals in the lunch. You have to walk down the village and up again, which is not possible in a normal lunch break. So you stay hungry in this expensive hotel. There was not enough staff at breakfast and at the reception.
