Never staying here again.
The maintenance and general upkeep of this building was pathetic. Perimeter doors did not lock and were able to simply be pulled open from the outside. Visible mold stains on TILE flooring. Loose carpeting in the hallway was a significant trip hazard.
A small trash bin to catch dripping water from the ceiling in the main hallway, no attempt to fix the problem.
I am sure this property is taking full advantage of the current price hike due to the economy, as are MANY others. But had I not booked online and paid in advance I would never pay over $30 for a hotel like this, instead I was swindled by decent stock photos and online prepay discount pricing. Green pool water should always be a warning of how a property is managed.

Outside of the hotel looks rough. Walk in and the ac is out but she assured us the ac in the rooms work. We go to our room and wow. Everything is run down. Landlord specials on the holes in the walls and patch work. Stains all over the bed. Torn sheets. Toilet didn’t work. Stained towels. Lamps didn’t have light bulbs. Ac wasn’t blowing cool. Just all around horrible. Not sure what rooms the other reviewers got but we sure didn’t get that one. Go elsewhere. There are plenty hotels around this area!

The staff was very nice. It was clean but there were stains in the shower, on the toilet and on the shower curtain. The sink was cracked. Other than this we had a good stay.

A truly disappointing experience. Hotwire listed this as a three-star motel. (Of course, I was already committed before I knew which hotel would be what I had paid for.) I have stayed in two-and-one-half-rated motels that were better (and even a two-star one here and there). The hallway was almost unbearably hot--no air conditioning at all (July in Texas!). Coffee was available only in our rooms--none at all at the breakfast bar. In fact, breakfast was pathetic. I had not seen orange juice the color of what was in their pitcher. There were two kinds of children's cereal (nothing, like raisin bran, for adults); cheap white and wheat bread for toast, with a tub of butter, a bottle of strawberry jam (almost out and too deep to reach with a plastic knife without getting jam on one's hands), and one of peanut butter. Did I say pathetic? The "prong" for the safety latch in our room was missing a screw and two more were almost all the way out--not much safety protection. Again, a general disappointment when we expected a three-star experience.

Very nice clean with great customer service. No any companies. staff very helpful and friendly. Home feeling.pool was so clean and I love their plantations. Every where green green. break fast not much choice but good start up.

The room they originally gave me was dirty with trash and cigarettes. The whole advertisement was a lie. No breakfast the hot tube was empty with trash. I left there sick due to the moisture all over the hotel. Do not stay here you will regret it. Not to mention wasnt the cheapest. The front desk lady was the only pleasant thing about this place.
