My stay here was wonderful ❤️❤️❤️Beautiful spacious one bedroom suite with a double balcony. City views from the balcony were gorgeous. Efficient and friendly staff and food and drink were plentiful and delicious.

Loved this hotel and suites so much had to book an additional day. Customer service on the phone was awesome, customer service behind the front desk was even better... love love this hotel.

Hotel was great! The staff was very friendly, omelette for breakfast was very good and the evening social as well. Location is great as well. Very close to the convention center and Riverwalk and short walking distance to the French quarter.

This is a good hotel to stay at especially if you are at a conference at the convention center. The breakfast was very good and helps to save money on not needing to eat out that meal. We also took full advantage of the managers reception each night for the complementary drinks. All of the staff we interacted with were very helpful. There’s also a little corner store Nesbits less than a block away where we were able to buy a case of water and some snacks to keep in the room. The restaurant in the hotel is actually surprisingly good. We were exhausted one evening and instead of venturing back out we got sandwiches and they were above average for a hotel restaurant.

There was no luggage’s carrier available. We had to carry our baggage in hand. The reservation was horrible. One of the valet associates took my car keys out of the vehicle we were in, that was not associated with the car that was valet.
