B&W Courtyards

Charming place and neighborhood. We enjoyed local places for good coffee and breakfast.

This property was perfect for a group event.

Great stay, highly recommended! Marigny is awesome neighborhood to explore with B&W close to Frenchmen St (5 min walk) and French Quarter (15 min walk) to enjoy. B&W was very communicative leading up to and during our stay. We had a minor issue with thermostat and they responded and fixed it right away. The property is older full of character which we like. We stayed in the Courtyard Room which was quiet and dark for good sleep coming back from night out. The drawbacks of older properties are there like plumbing and electrical is not state of the art, but tradeoff is charm and history. B&W is doing a great job here, we would definitely come back to stay here and recommend to our family/friends.

We stayed for Mardi Gras. Location was great and they were attentive to replacing a defective hairdryer the same day. I only wish they would have offered a mid-week cleaning as living in a single room with another person can get messy! Otherwise great water pressure quaint courtyard.

I had a wonderful stay at b&w courtyards this past week. The check in instructions were simple and staff was available by text whenever I needed anything. They let me store my bags before and after my stay so I was able to wander a little extra. I was solo and felt safe walking to the place and inside the courtyards. It was very quiet! It’s very close to the French quarter and many restaurants and shops. I would recommend Orange Couch for coffee just around the corner - I went everyday! The courtyards were very cute. My room was much bigger than I anticipated with an extremely large bathroom. Everything worked great and I never needed any assistance. They had complimentary snacks and coffee set up which was a nice touch. I would stay again!

Absolutely beautiful, unique property just out of the hustle and bustle of the Quarter, but easy walking distance to all of the sights. The French Market station is a few short blocks away and gives you access to beyond the Quarter. Included were all of the usual conveniences and a super comfy bed! Our hosts had thought of everything that we might need and any questions we had were just a text away. Soaking in the hot tub after a day of sightseeing was the perfect way to end the day! Horn's - literally a few steps away - is a gem. A great spot for breakfast. The property's two courtyards are the perfect place to curl up with a good book and a latte on a lazy afternoon. We love this location! A great walk to our favorite parts of NOLA.

We visited in February with a group of 13. We reserved the entire property and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The accommodations were wonderful, the location was in walking distance to Frenchman Street, Bourbon street, shops and anything else you would need. We would highly recommend horns, a wonderful breakfast place that is only one block away. The property managers could not have been more accommodating, responsive or helpful for any questions or issues that we had during our stay. We will definitely be returning the next time we come to NOLA.

We stayed in the Courtyard Room which was quiet and dark for a good nap getting back from night out. We definitely recommend B&W and look forward to coming back!
