Arrived late evening no one on duty then had to wait 20 min to check in
No water in the room and bathroom getting a bit dated
No room service or cleaning and safe didn’t work

I really enjoyed this Hotel, the rooms were pretty and clean, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was lovely and accommodating.
Bring earplugs, Bourbon Street parties until 4-5 in the morning, and it parties LOUDLY!!!

Royal Sonesta is an iconic hotel and continues to provide exceptional service in the heart of Bourbon Street. Beautiful lobby and a selection of excellent restaurants. We tried them all.

Great location. Staff was so helpful and very nice. Shout out to Malcolm. He was so helpful. He took care of us. He booked our trips and gave us great recommendations for dinner. The hotel is in the best location. Right in the middle of everything. We will definitely stay there again.

Great place, wasn't sure what to expect on same day booking. Great and helpful staff, Christian the valet was superb and prompt. Will for sure stay again. Now that I know what to expect cost wise will budget for it. Parking fee was in the same ball park as other places but felt my car was more secure here.

It was really great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is i reserved a two queen room but got a queen and a pull out bed with no linens. After a very long day the last thing i wanted to do was go back down to the desk and ask for bedding.
