I give this hotel 4 stars. My overall experience was really good. The hotel is a 4-5 minute walk to Bourbon St. It's definitely in the heart of the French Quarters. I would have gave 5 stars, but the bathroom door in our hotel room was extremely hard to close. The hotel room itself is small and there are no closets to store your clothes or suitcases.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The staff is super friendly, and everything was just perfect. The facilities are top-notch, and the room was incredibly spacious. The highlight for me was the bed – it's the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever had.
The hotel has plenty of amenities, including a cafe downstairs and a large lobby area. They also provide daily cleaning, which was great. I had no issues during my stay and really enjoyed my time there. If I ever visit New Orleans again, I will definitely stay here. Highly recommend!

Located just outside the French Quarter, I personally find it still very convenient and close to public transport and the tram station. Friendly service from the staff.

Staff will make the difference, in the end. Despite some interesting 24/7 noise (running or leaking water), despite the double room with noisy connection to 2nd room (like being in the same room), we’d go there again. Its location, its overall offer including excellent breakfast, its beds and again its staff. Big cheers to our weeklong breakfast waitress Kaisey (go Honduras!), you made at least our wake-ups with your smile!

Nice hotel, great staff. Front desk staff super friendly and helpful. Only issue with the hotel is that the room was advertised with queen size bed, but it was more of a full size bed. Very small and barely fit two average size people.

Stayed here twice before! Love the location because 2 blocks from the French Qtr so really quiet. Friendly staff, classic Indigo feel with a nice bar. Very clean and comfortable.
