Stayed 5 days in May2024 with my colleague (2 women). On the 1rst night a man tried to enter our room at 1:00 am at night. He tried several times. I saw him through the door window. I called the administration to report and … they denied the incident by telling me that no door codes were entered and it must have been next door! Our room was all alone on one end, I saw the man and the two of us heard the sound of him trying to get in. Poor support.

This is a fully outfitted spacious condo with high end appliances and finishes in a great location. The only thing missing was a toaster! Huge patio and lots of privacy. Two excellent restaurants directly across the street.

Checking in was difficult because our code didn't work at first. The unit is great and very light and spacious. The door can NOT be locked from the inside.

Overall great accommodations in a central location. The Cafe was a bonus. I would recommend to all and look forward to a refurn NOLA weekend and staying at the Luzianne!

We had a rocky start to the beginning of our stay, our code didn’t work and we had to call for help. Then our room wasn’t ready despite being sent a text 6 hours earlier saying that our room was ready and we could check in early for an extra $100. We waited for 45 minutes for our room to be ready.
The room was wonderful! It was so clean and pretty. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything but far away enough from all the noise.
I would 100% stay here again. It was worth it.

This place is a must to stay in if you are in NOLA. It is in a great neighborhood. Quite. Great walking distance to the French Quarter. The apartment was great. So cozy and great to stay there. It was a home away from home

Beautiful and clean. Walkable to all the sights we wanted to see. Bed VERY comfortable. We were missing dish washing detergent, a second roll of toilet paper, etc but when requested they were provided. Wouldn’t stay here again because shower was lukewarm at best, as other reviewers have noted. It was a bummer.
