The location of the hotel is convenient, and the room is not too small. Looking at the center of New York City, the room is a bit old, and the facilities are average. Overall, the front desk staff is friendly, and the overall feeling is good

Really great location. Right near train. Room is small but it does it’s job! The bathroom was really nice. I was in love with the wall!!

The service was okay. But at the checkout they surprised me with a 130USD of hidden fees.
The comforter didn't have a cover and when I ask for one they told me that it wasn't possible.
We only had 2 pillows that felt really cheap and we were suppose to have a queen mattress but we only got a double.
There's a lot of noise in the room and a lot of light even with the curtain fully closed.
The doormen looked very bored and they never opened the door or even said hi to us.
The location is very good, and the room was clean.

Location and management is great! Spacious room and pretty quite. Breakfast is just ok, and the facility is a bit older than expected.

It is conveniently located in the midtown, with talking distance to Broadway and central park. The staff are friendly and humorous. When he learned that it is my birthday at the check-in, he even provided a free bottle of wine. We are very pleased with the treatment and the warmness of the staff!

I can’t say enough about Dream Midtown. The service was phenomenal, Franklin at the desk was so warm and welcoming. The rooms are extremely spacious and very clean. We were on the 2nd floor and didn’t hear any outside noise which made for a nice night sleep. & a huge thank you to Cristina for taking care of our booking. Can’t wait for our next stay.

The front desk employee Mike Griffin did not checked me in because I did not have a $100 deposit and called me “entitled”
