We have had an amazing stay. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. I was contacted a couple of days prior to our stay, because there was an issue with the payment. This mistake was completely my fault, but the hotel was very helpful and nice and we solved it in the end. When we arrived we were so fortunate to have been upgraded, despite the hassle I brought to the hotel, with the payment error. The room was amazing, and clean, and when we checked out we received a little parting gift of lavender in a pouch. The hotel is very centrally located, and I would definitely visit again! The room is a decent five-star hotel with good hygiene. Facing the sea view, downstairs is the British Promenade, the city center environment is good, the swimming pool and breakfast are very good, especially the service attitude is very good! Recommended.

The bathroom partition in the room is very poor, the shower bathroom is full of water, the four-star hotel only provides paper cups, it is easy to rot the store, and it will not help to change the initiative overnight, the bathroom hair dryer is very old and faulty. The water output of the shower head is very small. The quality of the bed is medium. The breakfast quality is medium, probably only Samsung. I had to iron my shirt in the morning because I had to attend an important occasion, that is, I chose this hotel because I saw that the hotel had this service. When I arrived at the ironing room, none of the two irons could be used. At that time, it was about 8:00. I responded to the hotel about this matter and said that I needed to go out to attend important occasions at 10:00. They said they would deal with it and notify me. At about 8:40, I will ask again. The counter told me that the repair staff would not come until 9:00, and said they would call me again. When I waited until 9:30, there was no audio. I called the counter again. They said that they would reply to my situation in 2 minutes. The result was not returned. I called back again. This time it was more exaggerated and I didn't answer my phone at all. It didn't answer until 9:45. I rushed downstairs to prepare my shirt, and it was fine, and when it went down, an iron with a large rusty print was printed directly on my white shirt, and ruined my whole shirt, for there was no time, and I could only go to the hotel counter and tell them to tell me before I came back What they were going to do about it, and after I came back in the evening, there was no audio, as if there was nothing at all. I just took my shirt and asked them to deal with it. If it was something I would not claim. The next morning, when I went to get the shirt, they washed the shirt, but the obvious print was still on it, the counter told me that it was 15 euros to wash one, not my money. When I heard it, I was really mad. Did you figure out the situation? Is it their hotel iron that broke my shirt, making me look like a Okee who asked someone to do my laundry for free? The counter also told me that they had changed the iron in the last two weeks. Although they could not be verified, it was really outrageous. I came to see that iron later, and it was not like it had only been used for two weeks. Finally, after the counter manager came out, I was willing to compensate my shirt for 40 euros. Because the shirt itself had been depreciated, I didn't pursue it again, otherwise it was not only this value. The overall service feels very poor, the equipment is also very backward, and I will never stay again.

The location of the hotel is completely out of order because it needs to go through the tunnel without any clearly marked minutes. The road is detoured for more than an hour. Finally, if the police help to get a self-driving tour, this hotel is not recommended. There is a separate charge, although the bellman is very professional. Others should not stay at Marriott hotels in the future.

This aparthotel is absolutely lovely. I had a gorgeous spacious apartment on the 7th floor, with views over Monaco and the sea. There was also a balcony - which I wasn't expecting. The apartment was modern, airy and fully equipped and there's a pool on the roof. Breakfast was nice - and ran until 10.30! So top marks for that. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to ****** square and the railway station is also about 10 minutes away, so a great situation. There is a little market on the street on Sunday and there is a ****** supermarket about a minute away as well as a wholefood supermarket. Staff were helpful and friendly. Fantastic.

Our stay was at the end of July ,and we had a two night stay. We had two sea view rooms, with lovely views ,the rooms being clean and very comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We ate in the bar and also at the Horizon Rooftop, where we had both breakfast and lunch. The breakfast is excellent, so much choice plus a chef for eggs of your choice etc. The lunch buffet is also excellent , and complimentary bottled water included. We took a trip to the beach - you get transported in a buggy so no walking , and we enjoyed our morning there - you will be allocated to The Fairmonts beds rather than choosing your position, but theses beds are complimentary. The toilet , lockers and shower facilities here are very good. We also used the pool (Nikki Beach). Again the Fairmont guests have an area of complimentary sun beds - not the large day beds directly by the pool, but for us that wasn’t a problem as ours were a little quieter. We did have a 6 year old with us and we had fun in the pool - he was the only child there though! The Fairmont is not cheap - everything is expensive…..but that is what we expected from Monte Carlo. It is in an excellent position, has a fantastic view over the hairpin, staff brilliant, food and drinks top notch, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Hotel very well located for our trip there was a very appreciable sea view The plus is of course thalassotherapy (hamam sauna sea water swimming pool) The hotel staff is really very professional and in line with the establishment The bedroom is spacious with a fitted kitchen area in a cupboard The bathroom is small but large enough for two people (washing sink and bathtub) The shower wall seal was completely black which really surprised me The towel rack under the sink had rust spots. The items in the kitchen are good but they all lack diversity No sugar pepper salt No knives for cutting and cooking (despite a cutting board) The dishwasher was really very dirty with lots of rust stains which don't make you want to wash the dishes in it. The plastic parquet boards were very poorly installed, they move when you walk on them In one of the cupboards a completely empty comfort kit 😳 Bathrobes can be rented at the start of your stay The hotel restaurant offers a beautiful view, especially on the terrace.

La même réservation si prise en juillet, comme l'établissement n'est pas plein, les prix sont cassés entrainant une différence pour la même période de 1000 euro . Prix plein tarif en Janvier 2023 : 3200 euro , en juillet 2200 euro. - Pas de rideaux aux fenêtres malgré la rénovation depuis plus de 1 an de la chambre . - Plus de salle de sport - Plus de restauration, restaurant fermé depuis 3 ans - réduction des horaires d'accueil, plus de personnel après 21h et entre 12 et 14h. - Pour les séjours longs : renouvellement serviettes et draps, nettoyage, plus qu'une fois par semaine. - Manque buanderie pour les longs séjours. Selon les chambres , le fil pour étendre le linge n'existe plus dans la salle de bain. - pas prises pour les voitures électriques Les Plus : - Personnel correct, même si gros turn-over . - Toujours tranquillité du lieu. - Plein Cannet, accès direct au bus 1 et 4 pour aller sur Cannes. - Chambre rénovée , climatisée (groupe de froid changé en 2023), wifi gratuit - Parking fermé, mais une partie louée à des locaux , malgré tout il y a de la place sur 2 étages - les 2 ascenseurs marchent cette année. - Équipement cuisine complet. - bonne literie - Piscine opérationnelle - Très bonne boulangerie à côté pour faire son petit déjeuner.

I have had a fantastic experience at this hotel during the MIPIM conference. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and the reception desk is super helpful. A special thank you to Amalia for her outstanding customer service skills. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The location is about 7 kilometers away from downtown Cannes. It is very convenient to drive by car. It is about 17 Euros. The breakfast is full of delicious, Western style, and you can't recommend it if you don't like it. Nearby yacht marina, overlooking the Festival Palace. In addition to a pot of fruit for breakfast, the rest did not take pictures.
