整體設施不算新，臨街有點吵，能聽到KTV裏唱歌的聲音。衞生條件一般，服務還行，這個價位略微偏高了一點，但好處是周邊逛街比較方便。

酒店位置在北侖的銀泰旁邊，比較熱鬧，吃東西也方便。酒店內裝修風格還是挺好的。由於酒店時間比較久了，房間設施的維護不是很到位。早餐一般吧。
