I was a bit put off when I first arrived at the garage; it definitely had a musty smell and was quite small, so I didn't understand why the hotel was rated so highly. However, my opinion completely changed after checking in. The hotel's service was incredibly pleasant, with everyone from the front desk to the butler being meticulous. The hotel facilities were clean and tidy. The only drawbacks were the lack of a refrigerator in the room, which can be a bit inconvenient in the summer, and the elevator not requiring a key card, which could improve security. The hotel is right opposite a subway station, making it easy to get to the Old Bund and Dongqian Lake by subway, taxi, or shared bike. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the food was good, and there was ice cream available all day, plus plain noodles as a late-night snack. There was construction going on nearby, and the front desk called me beforehand to let me know, which I appreciated. Although it didn't really affect my stay, it showed respect for the guests. They also offered complimentary fruit upon check-in and foot-soaking tubs in the evening. Overall, it was good value for money.

I happened to be there during a typhoon. The hotel offered many conveniences, though my stay was short. It was cloudy and I experienced heavy rain and strong winds. Despite all that, I still fell in love with Ningbo, thanks to the hotel restaurant's amazing food. They are excellent cooks, and the solo meal was incredibly good value. The hotel was very clean, and being on a high floor wasn't uncomfortable. I did have to turn off the room's AC though, as it got a bit chilly. I still think the 'Three Rivers View' room is the best choice.

I had a very satisfying stay. Pros: 1. Excellent location, easy to find, and close to all the attractions. 2. The staff were very responsible and provided great service. 3. Although the room wasn't big, it was very clean and tidy with no strange odors. Cons: The soundproofing was quite poor; I could easily hear noises from the hallway and next door, which isn't ideal for light sleepers. Tip: There's another Home Inn nearby, so make sure to check the hotel sign carefully when you arrive to avoid going to the wrong one. Overall, it was pretty good and I recommend staying here!

Stayed here with my family for a May Day road trip. Overall, it was pretty good and great value for money, with a beautiful price. The TV and other amenities were a bit old, though. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the public areas were beautiful and grand, really capturing the aesthetic of a period of economic prosperity.

The WiFi was excellent with smooth internet speeds. The room was very spacious and bright, the bedding was exceptionally comfortable, and all the facilities were comprehensive. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, responding to requests very promptly. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, truly recommended! There's a shopping mall and Hankyu Department Store nearby, and Metro Lines 1 and 5 are right next door, making transportation very convenient. There are 300 parking spaces on the first basement level, which is very convenient and free of charge. The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The service was thoughtful and attentive. I'll definitely stay here again.

The private hot tub is a truly luxurious experience; you can book it with your butler. There are four scented bath bombs to choose from, filling the room with a delightful fragrance. Soaking away the day's fatigue and then enjoying a favorite drink from the minibar is incredibly relaxing. The hotel's executive corridor also offers a continuous supply of food and drinks. Breakfast includes DIY coffee, afternoon tea features freshly squeezed orange juice, and evenings feature four flavors of sake. The snacks are also exquisite, including cheese, burrita cheese, Iberian ham, smoked salmon salad, tapas, and even marinated crab for late-night snacks! It's a constant stream of surprises! The caviar bar's cocktails were also delicious. The bayberry wine, a triple win, had just the right alcohol content, sweet and sour, leaving you slightly tipsy. Breakfast the next day was at Chen Mansion on the second floor of the hotel. It was a semi-buffet style, with a subtly luxurious Shanghai-style decor perfect for photos. The dim sum was all Ningbo specialties; the pickled mustard greens and yellow croaker noodles were incredibly fresh, the freshly ground soy milk had a rich soy flavor, and there were also abalone pastries, white truffle yogurt, and other specialties! The hotel's singing bowl and incense-making activities are also worth experiencing. They allow you to calm your mind and immerse yourself in a therapeutic experience.

I've stayed here multiple times for business, and the hotel consistently meets high standards. The lobby is quiet and elegant, and Emma at the front desk always makes check-in a breeze. They offer a full range of convenient services like luggage storage and printing assistance. The guest rooms are incredibly soundproof, keeping out all noise for a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities are in perfect working order. The breakfast spread is excellent, with a great selection of meats, vegetables, light bites, and drinks, so even early risers can enjoy a proper meal. The business facilities are top-notch, making it a respectable place to host guests. This is a gem for business travelers, and I highly recommend it to my colleagues.

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Right outside, you've got the Yinzhou Longhu Tianjie commercial area, and the hotel's basement level connects directly to the subway station. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The room offers an amazing view; just open the curtains and you can see the city. Service is super responsive, they're always ready to help, and check-in was a breeze. The staff were all incredibly patient and even helped me with my luggage without me asking. The room also thoughtfully provides bathrobes, a weighing scale, and an umbrella.

Upgraded to a 'Huajianyin' (Hidden Floral Room) for my birthday, and they even sent two complimentary cocktails. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel. Afternoon tea was exquisite, and breakfast was delicious with a thoughtful selection of items. Both Le Labo and Diptyque products smelled wonderful. The butler was very friendly and helpful. 🥰 I'll definitely be back!
