Really lovely, comfortable hotel with a 1920's theme from an area that was part of East Germany before Germany was unified. We had a very pleasant stay and the breakfast was magnificent. Not sure what people do in the town but we were only stopping for the one night as we travelled across Germany and this area was our halfway point.

Das war das gruseligste Zimmer, in dem ich jemals genächtigt habe. Fürchterliche Farbgestaltung und Möbel im IKEA Style waren nicht gerade fürstlich. Auf den Nachttischen waren Spielzeugkoffer aufgeschraubt. Somit konnte man nichts ablegen. Beim Öffnen eines Koffers viel gleich der Deckel ab. Am Schreibtisch waren Fake Schubladen, die sich nicht öffnen ließen. Die Matratzen rutschten in der Nacht vom Bett. Die Armaturen im Bad waren eklig und nicht gereinigt. Schimmel in der Dusche. Für den Parkplatz, der eine Schulterpiste war, waren fünf Euro fällig.

Wir haben gestern über booking 2 Übernachtungen und eine Bestätigung erhalten. Das Geld musste im Voraus bezahlt werden. Kurz vor check-in rief eine Dame vom Hotel an und erklärte sehr ausschweifend, dass es einen Systemfehler gab und sie kein Zimmer zur Verfügung haben. Wir sind in Nordhausen auf Grund eines Notfalls und einer Sterbebegleitung. Die Dame war absolut inkompetent und nicht Willens uns in irgend einer Art helfen zu wollen. 'Es war ja nicht ihr Fehler'. Die Buchung wurde von Seiten des Hotels nicht storniert oder das Geld zurück gebucht. Darum mussten wir uns selber kümmern. Bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel sollte man davon ausgehen können, dass sich umgehend darum gekümmert wird. Wir werden das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen und es auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

Très bel établissement décoré dans le style des années 20. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. Le personnel est jeune et dynamique et toujours à votre écoute. Nous étions en groupe et tout s'est bien passé. Il y a un parking à l'hôtel.

Ich war mit Freundinnen zu einem Jahresabschlussessen im Dez .23 im Restaurant.Das Essen war vorbestellt und eine totale Enttäuschung Die Vorspeise Bruschetta war auf altem ungeröstetem Weißbrot.Dann bekam ich eine Gänsekeule die aber eher eine zähe Entenkeule war einfach ungenießbar.Die Nachspeie war von Firma Metro.Man sollte sich fragen was der Koch von Beruf ist

Stayed 2 nights. Good location to railway difficult to access by car. Although once aware easy. Paid Car €15 per night to park few minutes walk. Reception is, in bar area and the staff very welcoming and helpful. Good free WIFI, and paid car parking. There is nice breakfast place next door to hotel. Bedroom was very spacious very clean with TV. 1 comfortable very large 2 single bed clean. Bathroom is ensuite and very clean with toiletries. No coffee making facilities in room. Would highly recommend and would stay again, especially if visiting for train rides, as only 1 minute walk across the road

A really stylish hotel, very pleasant experience breakfast was OK, but the evening meal was a not so brilliant, asking for Rösti potatoes we were given hash browns, not the same thing at all, looked like the Tesco's ones we can get at home.

Dit hotel ligt naast het station en werd verbouwd. Dus onze eerste indruk was gemengd, onterecht zo bleek. Zeer gastvrij personeel, vriendelijke ontvangst, een mooi kamer en een top ontbijt maakten dat dit zeker dik in orde was. De Covid regels werden stipt gevolgd. Kleine minpuntjes: geen hygiënezakjes of glazen in de badkamer. Pluspunten: vernieuwde kamers, gratis parking en een zeer gevarieerd en goed ontbijt. Een aanrader bij een verblijf in Nordhausen.
