Selecionei o hotel com lindas fotos, boas avaliações, preço razoável, atendimento telefonico do Nilson (acho q esse é o nome) excelente, para passar 3 dias em um ambiente na serra, com tudo incluído, além de quadras de esporte, salão de jogos e outras comodidades. Chegamos dia 03 de janeiro - 3af, com reserva até a 6af. Fomos recepcionados Nilson (acho que esse dele) e um outro funcionário, muito atenciosos, parabéns! Optamos por ficar em 2 quartos separados, 107 e 108. As portas abriam para fora, se abre uma, bate na outra 🤦🏻‍♀️, corredores mofados, remendados, mal cuidados, esparadrapo na parede... ok, é grande, é antigo, se o resto compensar, tudo bem! Demos esse voto de confiança, afinal um local 4 estrelas, pontuação alta no trip, booking... Ledo engano... Quadra de tênis ok Quadra basquete/volei/... inviável, velha, sem nenhuma manutenção. Mini-golf, acho que a proposta é de mini cross golf Piscina razoável, mas cuidado ao andar, o chão está com desníveis devido a ter cedido em alguns lugares. Academia... as fotos falam sozinhas. No bar às 18h30 convidaram a desgustação de queijos, um elogio ao barman pedidos cuba-libre, hi-fi de suco de laranja e gim-tônica bebidas maravilhosas. Fomos jantar, cheios de expectativas, TODAS frustadas. Raviole ao alho e óleo, um mini pastelzinho minimo, muito duro e seco, ao lado um pote cheio de ÓLEO de soja (ou um azeite misturado de péssima qualudade), com alho de potinho torrado; croquete de batata cozida; xuxu na água e sal; uma carne cortada funinha e com molho; arroz; feijão e uma sopa batida (creme primavera). Dos 4, somente 3 comeram. Vamos ao salão de jogos, jogar uma sinuca ou um ping-pong 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ nada feito, tivemos que ficar com o tamancobol e o totó, velhos mas jogavéis, a sinuca sem tacos (foto) e o tapete da mesa rasgado, o ping-pong deixo as fotos falarem, sem mencionar as paredes com tecidos grampeados e cortidas com linhas/barbantes presos para fazer as ondas 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Camas com colchões VELHOS ao ponto de terem colocado colchonetes em cima, observação COLCHONETES VELHOS! Televisão com canais que não batiam com a relação deixada no quarto, uns poucos canais se viam perfeitamente, mas a maioria cheios de chuviscos, até que parou tudo. Quando o rapaz veio ver, falou que era mal contato. Banheiro razoável, mas o vaso sanitário é uma obra de arte única!!! Nem meu marido ou filhos que tem mais de 1,80m conseguiram sentar e colocar o pé no chão😲, imaginem eu com meus 1,60m Dorminos decididos a irmos embora no outro dia. Tomamos café da manhã, razoável. Fomos passear por Friburgo e volta iriamos almoçar. Fomos a recepção e avisamos que não ficariamos até 6af, iriamos embora naquele dia. Resposta do recepcionista: ok. (não lembro o nome dele, começava por W) Vimos que estava no mesmo nível da janta, decidimos ir embora sem almoçar. Chegamos a recepção, falamos que iriamos embora, não iriamos almoçar. O recepcionista não perguntou NADA! Pagamos por pensão completa, onde só 3 janta
