1年で5回宿泊するほど居心地のいいホテルです。 今回、3名で宿泊しました。部屋のタイプに行き違いがありましたがフロントの従業員さんが即座に対応してくださり大変快適に宿泊することができました。 食事も美味しく利用するたびにほたる館の魅力を感じています。 今後も引き続き利用したいホテルです。

風呂や温泉がどうとか言う前にホテルフロント（男性）、温泉側のフロント（女性）の接客態度がゴミすぎる！まずは接客を学ばせて欲しい。
