*The food was freshly prepared, and above all, as a bread lover, there were many types of bread, which was a high score!

Because it is a love hotel, I think that many people go by car, but if you walk, it is about 20 minutes from the second niwase station by train from Okayama station. The room is a love hotel, but you can spend comfortably without a business hotel even if you stay alone. Depending on the room, the room I stayed this time is ”Kitty-chan” room, which is cute, has a large bath, and has a massage machine, so you can heal your body.
Moreover, you can watch dramas and movies for free.

The location is good, close to the Tenmaya bus station and all sorts of shops are found in the vicinity. The room concept is also interesting. Wooden floor with futon sets so that you kind of feel staying at a ryokan. But what I didn’t like was the inflexibility of the hotel. The cleaner came around 12:20 to 13:00 everyday and regardless of what you do, you have to accommodate the cleaning schedule unless you decline the service. Because of this rigid scheduling, I thought the hotel could accommodate my request to check out at 12pm, one hour later than the designated check out time, which I think is accommodated by most of the hotels worldwide, especially when I know very well that the cleaning doesn’t start until 12:20. But I was asked to pay one hour overstay charge for this! I am not sure what to make of it, but I feel extremely generous giving 3 for this hotel.

The hotel is just less than 5 mins walk from Okayama station. It is also near big malls such as Aeon Mall and Takashimaya, where you’ll be spoilt for choices on food. I like to walk and I was able to get to Okayama castle in less than half an hour.

Is a pretty hotel next to the JR station. Also next to a big shopping mall Aeon. On Sunday, a gentleman played piano in the lobby, really lovely. Most of the room has nice view and reasonable size from Japan standard. The only negative feeling about the hotel is the restaurants. Before I rush to take the train on Sunday, I wish to go to the buffet restaurant. The waiter at the counter just informed me in a very rude manner the restaurant is fully booked. Same as the manager of the restaurant. This is different from most of the hotel which always try to accommodate their hotel guest. I am Diamond member of Cathay Pacific airline for 20 years. Spending a lot of time in hotel each year. I have to say I feel extremely sorry for what happened. As the front desk staffs of this hotel is excellent. Same as the hotel set up is so good. But the manner of the waiter/ manager of the restaurant did spoil the feeling of the guest tremendously.

The room feels quite spacious, but the view outside the window is average. There is a large bath on the 9th floor of the hotel, where you can take a bath to relieve fatigue after a day of walking. There are free popsicles to eat at night after taking a hot spring bath.

We used the twin room. The twins we stayed in were on the top floor, the room, bath, toilet were all large, and when we opened the curtain, there was an open-air bath of the size of adults ４ names, and it was very relaxing. The direct meal is delicious and Okayama like Muscat dessert. The underground hot spring is artificial radium, but the body was healed by the large bath.

Staff in this hotel we’re very eager to please guests. The list of amenities offered ranged from herbal tea to an offer to provide a softer mattress if it was needed. I did not need it. The all you can eat breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of choices. Well prepared. I recommend not going to breakfast in the last 45 minutes of the window, because there were fewer choices then.. The location is excellent. It was walking distance to the hotel, and to the Korakuen Garden and Castle.

Many times when I come to Japan, I pay by swiping my card on the platform. I spend as much as I want and then pay more when I leave. This time the counter service staff had to collect money again. The service staff's English was not very good, so they asked other people who looked more senior to come over to help. Fortunately, the other half could still communicate in Japanese. I stood at the counter for more than half an hour before I was sure that I didn't need to wait anymore. Pay the money. This is a 9-day trip. The previous hotels were all good for 5 points, but on the last day I came across this hotel with terrible service.

GGuest UserWe used it for event participation at Okayama Convention Center. It is directly connected to Okayama Station and it is very easy to move. It is also convenient to Okayama Convention Center. I think it depends on the location of the room, but the room I stayed this time was able to see the platform of Okayama Station from the room, so I think that is also attractive for those who like trains. There are many restaurants in the station building of Okayama Station and there is no inconvenience in eating. It is a very recommended hotel for those who have a business at the Convention Center since early morning at Okayama Station late at night.

MMC ShiIs a nice and new Dormy Inn. But a really long walk from the station. During winter, it would be very painful experience. I was given a room on the second floor ( despite this is already the room of higher grade ) and I can see clearly people on the street and I believe they can see me too. I had to close the curtain all the time. This would not be a hotel of my top choice if is about the same price of other hotel close to the station.

GGuest User I almost missed breakfast on Sunday morning. At the time of check-in, you can see the photo and it is a set menu, so only the explanation is that you can choose from these 5 types on the day. Understand that it is ”set menu only”. Even though it is a business hotel in front of the station, Sunday starts at 7 o'clock 30 minutes later than weekdays. It seems to be entrusted to the tavern on the same floor as the front desk, and even if it is explained, the location is not clear, and it cannot be seen from the front desk. When I left the hotel at 7:30 and headed for the store, there was a person in the chair in front of me. However, there is no tag saying that you are waiting, so when you say breakfast in the store, you will say, ”Please wait in front.” When you try to write the name, there is no such thing. However, it seems that you should sit in the corridor and wait until the order comes. I heard that I took out, but I didn't. I have to leave for work, but this will miss eating breakfast ... When I returned to the front desk and explained the situation to the hotel staff, the hotel did not know the situation at all. I'll go to the breakfast shop together and listen to the situation. Finally, the first people started to leave, and luckily, the previous people were all group guests, so I sat at about 8:45. When I entered, the set was only the main, and a little buffet was added. Moreover, it is understood that only up to 8 people (groups) can enter the store in the form of a private room izakaya. With this, there is a great possibility that I couldn't enter the store even if I waited forever, and I think it is disqualified as breakfast at a business hotel. (Single 4550 yen) Always Toyoko quality, but is the room spacious? Also, the upper floor of the west-facing room (odd number) is the toilet in ＆ station view. I think the free breakfast is also full. AAnonymous UserPerfect location, main station close by, convenience store just a couple minutes away. The room was also not too bad, though it wasn't entirely clean. Some dust haven't been cleaned, in mostly unnoticable places though, like really high up or behind the TV. And even though we haven't met any staff members it wasn't that hard to check in or check out. Though there was difficulty of getting inside the building, as we didn't receive the door code through email. Good thing there were some helpful residents of the hotel who helped us to get inside. Either way final score would be 8.5/10

The room is always small and very clean. The front desk is on the fourth floor, remember to take toiletries, the disadvantage is that the check-out time is ten o'clock, not very friendly.

GGuest UserI used it on a business trip. About 3 minutes walk from the west exit of Okayama Station? It is very close. There is no service such as breakfast, and it is a hotel for a simple night stay, but there are convenience stores and Matsuya nearby, so it is not a problem at all. I stayed in a single this time, but the room is large enough for a single, and the toilet and bath are large enough. I am grateful that the room is fully equipped with a microwave. I would like to use it again.

NNAGAOI stayed for 4 days. The hotel is not very new, but the staff are very friendly, the location is about a 15-minute walk from Okayama Station, there are convenience stores and taverns around, and the bar is close, so it was easy to get along with work. ..
Also, the service of drinking draft beer and other alcoholic beverages in the evening time service was a nice service.

GGuest UserI walked from the station without using the underground road. You can see the hotel sign from a distance, but when you approach it, you can't tell the location of the hotel. You can see the chloropil beauty face and the signboard of the music classroom. I went back after passing by. There is a coffee, plum kobucha, and consomme soup stack at the front desk. Because of the rack that seems to be a newspaper holder. There is one elevator. The room can only be placed in a limited position with a chair hanging in the bed and refrigerator. The TV is large close to the wall hanging. It is limited to the top of the bed to see from the front. A metal beaker is a hot water heater. Two bags of tea in a tay bag. If you lose the key, you will receive 10,000 yen or if you find an empty can with a suction shell, you will receive a cleaning fee and 20,000 yen. The TV remote control does not have a subtitle button. The temperature setting for air conditioning can be both cold and warm. The computer on the first floor has a chair and one. It seems that only microsoft edge can be used. There is no newspaper in the rack in the morning. The drinking state that was less the night before is replenished.
