Então vamos lá... Péssima experiência quartos infestados de pernilongos, pousada velha , abandonada, quebrada, cheirando mofo, todas as dependências estão ruins camas com pês quebrados, ar condicionados ruins , um péssima experiência que não indico a ninguém Café da manhã HORRIVEL, além de não ter opção de nada passarinhos em cima do pouco que tinha , piscina gelada e suja área das crianças abandonada, como resolvemos de ultima hora ir para Olímpia foi a única pousada que tinha vaga, por isso ficamos lá , tínhamos visto avaliações ruins mas não imaginávamos que seria tão Horrível, não indico de jeito nenhum !

Chegamos na pousada e notamos que a limpeza do banheiro não estava boa e o cesto de lixo estava cheio (hospedagem anterior). Na hora de dormir a cama de casal estava com um cheiro muito ruim e o travesseiro com manchas amareladas. Como não havia a possibilidade de troca do quarto solicitei um novo travesseio na recepção (me entregaram um que apesar de novo era de péssima qualidade). Para dormir tive que colocar perfume na cama e algumas toalhas que havia levado para minimizar o cheiro. A limpeza só foi realizada no dia seguinte. No café da manhã tbm houve um problema com a alimentação, informamos ao atendente que resolveu na hora.

Pousada Beco da Lua. Lugar muito bom para familia descansar mesmo no carnaval, nota 1000. Desde do gerente até o último, nota 1000. Marta e Tatiana excelente no atendimento. Recomendo e tenho vontade de voltar. Vale a pena. Quartos bons, limpeza, atendimento, tudo ótimo.
