是一個不錯的酒店，到店已經凌晨了，匆忙辦了入住，房間的衞生打掃的很細緻，睡的很舒服。一早出門就看到行李員在忙碌，有被旅行團的行李驚到，禮賓部的小夥子們真棒。特別感謝一下孫經理，來的很晚了還能幫忙解決了出行問題，他的一句“不是無所不能，但竭盡所能”我印象很深刻，設身處地為客人解決問題，值得稱讚👍，還記得他説這是金鑰匙的基本素養，不知道什麼是金鑰匙，但很認可，加油！酒店工作人員。

房間非常大，2米的床2大1小完全不擁擠。
前台的Anny 小姐姐非常貼心，有愛的和小朋友互動，不僅主動幫忙升級到行政樓層，更是有問必答。
酒店的泳池和餐廳也都好評

停車方便，房間乾淨衞生，因為帶了小孩子和前台張子怡小姐姐溝通後特意做了無煙處理、給準備了小孩拖鞋，下次還來！

鄂爾多斯當地的國五酒店，開業雖有些年頭，但設施保養得不錯，服務也很好，感謝前台升級到了行政樓層，還送了小禮物和歡迎水果、酸奶。早餐中規中矩，自助晚餐品種豐富，有機會可以嘗試。
