This hotel is very nice, with a large area and a good environment. It is not far from theme parks and outlets. You can also play golf🏌️, recommended!

Pools are amazing - but don’t plan on getting a seat - they don’t enforce the ‘no saving seats’ policy. If you are there during any type of dance, gymnastics, or other type of conference plan on it taking anywhere from 5 to 20 mins to get an elevator. Oh and don’t take the middle staircase to try to walk down - cause there is no first floor exit and cockroaches in stairwells. Rooms are clean - beds and bedding are just OK. Housekeeping staff is EXCELLENT I will say that - along with their engineering team. Front desk staff is meh - don’t plan on anyone saying sorry if something goes wrong (I will spare you those details) and double check your room charges cause we had an extra charge on ours for dining at their restaurant on a day we didn’t visit. Front desk staff was condescending when we said we only ate at the hotel once.

Our family visited for spring break and absolutely loved the property! We enjoyed the pool, fishing, pedal boats, kayaks, ice cream, food and everything! We will definitely be back!
