2-Star Hotels in Orlando

The hotel is renovated and accommodations were fine and it is one of the better quality hotel choices in the busy and very touristy Orlando center. Also, breakfast selection was surprisingly good and plentiful for the typical selection for the Holiday Inn Express brand. The reasons for not giving the hotel 5 stars are below: 1) the bathroom sink in the room was clogged upon check in. 2) guests were allowed to consume alcohol and to smoke heavily in the pool area right next to many small children and other guests who did not appreciate being exposed to second hand smoke. As a public health policy, smoking should only be allowed in remote designated areas and not in the pool ares which is full of small children. 3) At times there was no staff at the reception and the staff that I did communicate with either spoke very poor English (or none at all, the assumption was that everyone should be speaking Spanish) or appeared to be genuinely disinterested and didn't pay attention to customers' concerns.

Much better than 1st time. Hotel is under remodel.. They just finished their pool and it looks great.. They're working on the roof. The rooms still need some work. But they are coming a long way. Price is right. There is a deposit which is I believe $50. You do get it back and roughly about 7 to 10 days depending on your credit card. It is not pet friendly unless you have a service dog. Hotel is right before the Orlando health Doctor Phillips. Rooms come with a microwave and a Mini refrigerator. They do serve a breakfast that you must eat out front. You cannot take it back to your room. All their handicapped rooms or on the 1st floor.

It was an okay stay I rate it 3 stars because most of the place was not nice looking. Door had a chunk missing and the walls where broken and badly painted.

Hotel is in a good location as opposite the icon wheel and on international drive. There is also a bus direct from the airport The room felt dirty and the areas around the rooms are unclean The staff aren’t the most friendly either Definitely a place for being on a tight budget

This hotel has excellent location It is near Universal and Sea World There are lots of restaurants near by The rooms are very clean and spacious The staff at the Front Desk are Very nice and friendly Special mention to Sarmone. She gave me a nice room On the 5th floor She also gave me a nice Welcome Gift for being a Diamond member Parking is free And, it has lots of well lighted Parking spaces I feel safe parking my car during the night

I had the pleasure of meeting a great host today. He checked me in with a smile and told me to grab breakfast while I waited for the room. He also made sure when we had a problem with the room that everything was made better. I appreciate people that go above and beyond for their guests. We felt at home here. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Great location and caring staff. Everyone says hello and are ready to help. Putting a view from the room in review.

If you are looking for a reasonable place to stay this is it! The staff were fantastic, the room was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. We spent the day at Disney Springs, headed back to the hotel to check in before we went for dinner. Upon arrival the front desk staff was so welcoming and polite. We have my aunt who is a senior with us and asking for a main floor room was absolutely no problem. Once we finished check in, I asked about places to eat around the hotel, the staff ( which I didn't catch his name) was super helpful and told us about many places right near the hotel and even more places to eat if we were willing to take a quick drive down the highway. My daughter wanted Olive Garden( not my personal choice m) so we decided to do that, which was only a few minutes away. On our way out I asked Franklin about some attractions in the area and he too was very helpful along with a woman named Taleisha. Once back to the hotel my Aunt took a shower and commented on how great the water pressure was and that the tub was sparkling. We all talked about how clean the bathroom was and that it smelled clean too(which was a big deal to us lol) I don't sleep well on a good day, so each time I woke and left the room to air outside the front desk staff said hello and was friendly too. Breakfast is your standard continental breakfast which is perfect for us as we were heading to Universal and didn't want to be weighed down with a glutinous breakfast . Overall I highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the space is not very large, but it is adequate in all aspects. Hot drinks are available in the lobby. The breakfast is the same as the oldest. The meals are a bit quick. The hot water is gone and it is not renewed in time. Overall pretty good

Hotel location is very good! Breakfast did not eat do not know (see the restaurant feels general) our room type can not be an extra bed (but queen room enough to sleep four people (two big beds), the hotel is full of parking! Hotel location is really really good!!

We were very excited to stay here. Excellent location for concerts, roof top bar, restaurants to walk to. Did not expect tooth paste spatterings on wall in bathroom, or mold in the grout. When I made coffee in the room and added creamer it curdled - must have been quite old. Reported to front desk. They were very concerned and asked what they could to for us - really didn't know what to say or how to ask for compensation. Not what we expected for $300 a night.
