Un servizio eccellente. Il personale ma anche soprattutto per le signore delle pulizie gentilissime e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Le camere sempre pulite, sicuramente da tornarci per passare di nuovo passare dei momenti rilassanti.

Maximum disappointment for this place. Good thing we only stayed one night. Very noisy, dirty, poor breakfast and unpleasant staff (Anna Rosa). Frankly, I expected something completely different. The only positive note is the excellent restaurant next door.

Dirty rooms, we found a plastic bottle in the wardrobe and hair in the bathroom sink, not to mention the toilet paper which was already open and used and we had to go downstairs to ask for a packaged roll of toilet paper, in the other rooms the shower is not with windows but with curtains, unhygienic. Not to mention the single room which opens the bathroom door and bangs against the toilet which is claustrophobic to say the least. Mold is everywhere.

I stayed from 12/30/23 to 02/02/24. Excellent location for those wishing to visit Orvieto without "fainting". Helpful and friendly staff, clean room and excellent breakfast. Excellent quality/price. The 63 Restaurant which has an agreement and is just over 20 meters from the Hotel has quality cuisine. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this property one night, to return to Orvieto, which we had particularly loved. The price is reasonable, the location strategic. the well-kept structure, the clean rooms, there is a minibar and the staff are all very courteous and helpful. The drawbacks, in my opinion, are the presence of the railway and a very busy road and the absence of soundproof windows (I always sleep anyway, but this doesn't apply to everyone)... the air conditioning, as the system it is dated, therefore noisy and not very refreshing... finally the absence of eggs, Nutella and muesli for breakfast. Overall we had a good time.
