This is the first time I give a bad review to a Japanese hotel, because it is really speechless. The room was not cleaned even after staying for several days, and I had to ask the front desk for new towels. The most bizarre thing is... I can't store my luggage after checking out at 10 o'clock. This is the first time I have encountered this in all my years in Japan. I have to leave with my suitcase.
