Side hotel at Palermo central station which entails all the positive and negative aspects of a railway area. Breakfast not like a true 4* American breakfast style but good for Italian customers. Dinners with very small pasta dishes, rather tastings. Limited spaces on the ground floor considering that the bar-pastry shop, breakfast restaurant and dinner restaurant are the same thing.

Clean and comfortable, excellent location for trips to the sea and surrounding areas such as Cefalu and Isola delle Femmine. Good breakfast at the bar until 10:30. The staff is always available. Thanks in particular to Rosalba whose advice was an excellent guide throughout the holiday.

Terrible staff, forgotten availability and kindness. In particular the rudest is the black girl at the reception (arrogant and rude). After a day of traveling by motorbike we asked for a courtesy that was denied, to get even the girl did not tell us that there was an elevator and made us go up to the third floor with the stairs loaded with luggage. Further spite of the nice girl, on the day of check-out the colleague asked us to pay the tourist tax of € 16 (for two nights) that we thought we had paid at the time of check-in! Standard rooms, nothing special but for the price it's fine. In the bathroom the only flush that works well is the bidet. If you have long hair you have to turn the water off and on continuously otherwise you flood the bathroom. If you open the sink tap you don't even have time to spit out the toothpaste because the water is already up. Pure madness!!!

Our first room, the A/C unit would not turn on so they moved us to a new room. Unfortunately, they moved us down to the first floor. Others have reported the noise level—we listened to people screaming, cars honking, sirens, scooters racing—all night long. The new room had a working A/C unit, but it didn’t really work well. Part of the reason for the noise and lack of A/C is the face that to rooms don’t have “real” windows—just two sets of shutters that never close all the way. Not fond of the pillows— one inch of flat foam—and beds, although numerous, were not especially comfortable. This is a two-star hotel at best and you are paying for the proximity to the train station. Front desk was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very crowded and served mostly baked goods with hard boiled eggs and some meat and cheese. The hotel seems to be popular with families and groups, probably because each room has multiple beds. I would only stay here again if I had an warly travel connection. It wasn't bad, just loud and not especially comfortable.

This hotel is very close to the train& bus station it was very noise from lots of traffic from cars buses motorbike and people. There was a large number of teenagers staying at the hotel which was noise. We were unable to get breakfast as at 7.45 again large numbers of children in the eating area. We had to use the stairs as again large numbers of people were staying at this hotel during the lift .

Of all the negative characteristics that I will list below, the most notable one concerns the theft of the tourist tax. Despite having made a Booking reservation with tourist taxes included, having shown the reservation details and having called the Booking assistance switchboard twice demonstrating that the taxes were not due as they were included in the price, they still demanded money. The rate requested per person/night goes beyond those listed in the price list of the municipality of Palermo and which depended on the number of stars of the hotel. Moving on to another, the structure is different from the photos: dilapidated and poorly maintained, terrible sanitary conditions. The air conditioner at the entrance had water falling from above and towels (the ones they give to guests) used as floor rags to collect the pool of water resulting from the condensation of the air conditioner which had also dampened the entire wall (the same wall used for fire-fighting equipment). In the rooms you couldn't breathe: a hallucinating stench of deodorants and a room closed for centuries. Flooring in the rooms: damaged and destroyed with rows of ants that went all the way to the bathrooms. Dirty bathrooms with broken seals + ants Dirty beds Dirty and unbreathable elevators Arrogant and unkind curly girl at the reception. She blatantly ignored everything that happened, forcing us to pay something we didn't have to (as demonstrated by other reviews). Absolutely not recommended.

Pulizia scarsa. Insomma diverse cose da rivedere. Sicuramente il rapporto qualità-prezzo non soddisfacente.
