Nice and quiet location, away from noise and crowd. Great concept in general, but there is tone of room for improvement:
1) fix the listing:
a) please upload real pictures, not those from the renovated unit;
b) this property is not on the beach (you have to cross the main road);
c) it's not a sandy beach;
2) do something about the fumes from the water heater entering the bathroom;
3) pool lining is way to rough;
4) not enough cookware in the unit (one sauce pan and that's it), nespresso machine would be nice;
5) some wishful thinking, like: covered parking spots, reopen the beach bar and bring back platform for entering the water, unit entry from the ground floor, on-site shop (water and ice cream would be enough)... etc.

The villa didn’t seem too clean and it was quite disappointing. The sheets smelled like someone else slept there and that’s a deal breaker for me. There were hair in the tub drain and the bathrooms flooded at the first shower we took. For the price we paid, I expected so much more and this stay was not up to those standards. The property itself is well kept and it looks pretty but our particular villa was just not ok.

Great villas with all the amenities needed for a long and/or short stay. from kitchen appliances to cutlery and washing machine. we had the 3 bedroom villa which was great for our 5-members-family. plenty of open grounds and a great swimming pool. although the sea is right across it is not much of swimming/sunbathing kind of beach, but its still a short drive to many options

We have been visiting Greece since 2007 and I can confidently say that this is the best hotel we’ve ever been. We book Garden Bungalow and loved it. It had everything a family needs for a great stay. Top class in all details And the staff are amazing, especially George 👍 great customer service. We will visit again and highly recommend it

Man, what a bad situation it is in this park. The houses are very poorly maintained. Kitchen doors hang crooked or do not close. The shower head cannot remain attached to the wall. Seams are cracked and moldy. There are cigarette holes in the sofa and there are many stains in the fabric sofas and chairs. You can't use water because then the water pump turns on and makes so much noise that you wake up the whole neighborhood. And what is most annoying is that the organization is completely unwilling to do anything about it. In their opinion, the houses are well maintained and they are willing to move you to another house, but with an additional payment. After you have already paid 400 euros per night, you are not going to pay extra for another room. In addition, there is no breakfast, only a brief package that you receive. In short, disgraceful organization, bad houses and not worth the amount at all. Spend your money somewhere else!

No sleep at night due to the neighbors, who made loud music and noise until 3.30 am, reported nothing was done about it. Cleaning twice in 13 days, far too little, bathrooms really need renovation, all in all not worth 3 stars, a shame because the environment is very beautiful
