It was good, having no towel is not good they will out of extra towel because of the laundry guy but I guess they should have leave some extra...don't wait until all of them are dirty and that that's when you wash them all together not right...No utensils in the kitchen which we don't mind because we buy instead.
The most important is the room is clean and its near to where we are going.

Horrible Housekeeping. Never cleaned the room during my entire 5 night stay. This is a beach town so salt and sand is a daily thing. I was dusting the tile areas off because of the sand. I wouldn't get back till after 5pm every day and would have to call down to the front desk for towels. Majority of the time I would have to go down to the desk and get them because housekeeping would never bring them.

Didn't want to give more than a couple of towels for us when there were 4 of us in the room. Ac issues for both rooms we booked.

The property itself is nice and clean, the room we stayed in reeked of mildew. We booked this specifically for the free breakfast because we had children and they did not keep it stocked. Both times we went down for breakfast they ran out of almost everything and were very slow to restock it. One morning they didn’t do it at all. When you asked them to restock, it was like a huge bother and made you feel bad for asking. That was the biggest issue I had while there.
