I stayed here for a quick getaway to visit family, and I loved it. Amazing rooms worth the price, very clean and spacious. The front desk staff who assisted me in check-in and check-out were very helpful and friendly. The location and proximity to the beach and the Pier Park Mall were also a huge plus.

GGuest UserThe hotel front desk agent tried to charge me twice for the hotel service fee. I booked through trip.com and had already paid for the hotel service fee which is $98 for 2 nights. After showing them the itemized receipt, they said it is the 3rd party service fee, not the hotel service fee. I told them I’m not paying another service fee. I’m glad I did not have to pay twice, but it was kind of ruin my day. Now there is another extra charge on my credit card placed by the hotel. I am in the process of disputing with my credit card. Overall, I like the place, but not the way they tried to charge for all these hidden or bogus fees. Note: the hotel is already expensive…

GGuest UserAn amazing stay at Home2Suites in Panama City FL! We booked a queen bedroom suite. Upon walking into the front doors to check in, a fresh ocean aroma greets you. The scent reminded me of the Polynesian resort at WDW. Everything was clean and brand new! The beds slept amazingly well and the kitchenette was so nice to have during our three day stay.
Breakfast is complimentary—waffles with all the toppings you could want, sausage, omelets, cereal and oatmeal. Coffee served all day, which was a win! Overall, a ten out of ten. We will definitely be staying here again if we come back to PCity.

GGuest UserPanama City Beach ain't much but beach (and one particularly large shopping mall), but if it's beach you want, and a beachside room, this is the bomb. Nice pool and/or bathtub-temp ocean 50yards further south - take your pick! Rooms were great, guest laundry a nice asset, and staff very helpful. The only fault was being charged 3 nights when we only stayed 2, and it did take us 2 long-distance phone calls and some very direct conversation to get the refund on our card, but it did come through.... 2 weeks later. That's careless. Watch the billing. Otherwise....great place and yes we would return.

We stayed in unit 523 ,on the 22nd through 26th of Sept. 2022, there was an elevator just steps from our door and made it very convenient for my wife and Me to get to the pool “exited right by pool entrance and very close to beach access. There was a hot breakfast every morning , eggs, pancakes , and biscuits and gravy, which was very nice. All the staff we encountered were very courteous and friendly. They had activities for kids and adults at the pool area. Housekeeping was provided every day, they were very friendly. There was a daily extra resort fee of about $15.00 we had to pay upon arrival. Overall The Days Inn at PCB was a Great a stay. Would book again.

I did a walk through of the room... basically there was no utensils in the kitchen. You either have to ask front desk or have your own. Overall I rate as a 4 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 1/2 the buyers/investors went the cheap route. They invested in a mattress cover 👍 but not comfort 👎 mattress was hard. I was better off sleeping in my car. Housekeepers did some short cuts when it came down to cleaning. Drawers had stands of hair & some debris. Sheets & restroom were clean.

However, I will never stay here again because of extreme unprofessionalism from the hotel “security,” and poor customer service of front desk staff after I was accused of lying and was threatened to have the cops called on me over a simple misunderstanding regarding the pool. During my stay, my cousin and her handicapped boyfriend were visiting and we decided to go to the pool around 11pm. The hotel confirmation email that I had received prior to my stay clearly stated 24 hr pool access, so I was confused when the side gate to the pool wouldn’t open. As I was trying to figure out how to open the gate so that we could enter the pool area, a girl outside the far end of the pool area showed us that that gate was open and that we could enter through it. So we went in, sat our things down, and were getting into the pool when 2 “security” men approached us and told us to get out immediately. According to them, the pool closed at 10 pm, and when I explained that I read that it was 24 hour pool access, they replied, “no you did not,” and would not listen to or believe me. They also wanted to know how we got access into the pool area because they had locked it. When we explained that some girl showed us that the gate was open, they did not believe us and instead accused us of breaking the lock to get in. They were very angry and would not hear us out and, as we were gathering up our things and my cousin’s handicapped boyfriend was getting into his wheelchair and my cousin was trying to get her shoes on, the men again told us that we needed to get out immediately or they would call the cops on us. I took the issue to the front desk and explained everything and showed where the email had stated 24 hr pool access. She explained that they have been having a lot of issues with third party bookings, which is how I booked. She said “sorry bout that,” as if it was the tiniest of mistakes, but we did not get a true apology for how poorly we were treated by the men at the pool. The next morning I went back out to the pool area and confirmed that there were no pool hours posted anywhere. There also were no times listed on the website. I went back to the front desk and again explained the previous night’s situation, and all I was told was that “all pools close at that time,” with a dead stare from the front desk staff, as if they could care less that I was upset and that it was my fault for not knowing that the pool closed at 10, regardless of there being no signs with pool hours anywhere around the pool area. I never did get a sincere apology for the poor treatment we received by those 2 men or for their threatening to call the cops on us. I’m sorry this is so long but if you are considering this resort, I advise against it. There is better customer service literally anywhere else.

GGuest UserOur stay was wonderful! We were able to check in early and they even upgraded our room! Beautiful views from the balconies! Very clean and spacious rooms. The front desk ladies were absolutely wonderful! They told us about the discount for the restaurant next door if we showed our room key, so we went for dinner! The heated pool and hot tub were nice to enjoy after we watched the sunset. We will be returning.

GGuest UserWe have stayed here many times in the last year and it almost feels like home. The lady (Flow) that works the night shift the sweetest and most helpful clerk we've ever encountered, we absolutely love her but they are all great. Housekeeping is there like clock work every day so you can always count on them. The location is perfect and close to great restaurants and MS newbys bar. Family friendly but also cool for spring breakers.
