Very small, very small, very bad attitude at the front desk, very bullying! There are people pulling on your door in the middle of the night, it’s scary! The bed felt like there were bugs or something, it was very itchy!

I stayed here with a group of students and adults for 4 nights. It was an OK hotel. I do not think that it merits 3 stars, but it was clean. Breakfast was included for us--a lovely spread. The hotel staff was accommodating and friendly. The room--I was in 528, but I had students in 527 and 529 as well. All rooms were clean and straightened daily. There was NO SAFE in the room; neither was there a refrigerator in the room. These were definite minuses in my eyes. Safes were available in the hotel lobby in the office. I did make use of them to store the students' passports for several days. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well, shower was very strong and hot water was plentiful. The location is truly great--VAVIN metro station is VERY close--there is a grocery store--open until at least 1:00am--as my students and I went there at that hour multiple times--just around the corner. If I were traveling on my own, I would not stay there again--I prefer a more quaint, Parisian atmosphere. This hotel is most definitely a chain hotel. It does lack in atmosphere, but the location is very good, rooms are clean, there is much to do in the surrounding area.

Sono appena tornata da un we a Parigi e ho soggiornato in questo hotel. Sicuramente è stato appena ristrutturato, le camere sono piccole ma pulitissime e confortevoli. La colazione, servita al piano terra, è abbondante e molto buona, c'erano perfino prodotti biologici! Anche la posizione è ottima, a due passi dal metro linea 2 e a 100 mt. dal centro commerciale di Montparnasse, inoltre è situato in una via piena di ristorantini carinissimi, vi consiglio quello accanto all'hotel (La Fondue).

Se si considera che gli alberghi a Parigi centro sono carissimi e spesso alcuni tre o quattro stelle in realtà non corrispondono a quello standard, questo è un buon hotel. Certo le camere sono piccole per un quattro stelle ma si tratta di un palazzetto d'epoca. Tuttavia comode e coi servizi corretti (soprattutto la doccia che per me è fondamentale). Non sono stato fortunato col WiFi che non andava. La sala colazione piccola ma luminosa e il buffet veramente completo nel dolce e nel salato. Altro punto per me molto importante. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Viajamos em família e ocupamos 2 quartos, bem decorados, limpos e um deles possuia banheira. O atendimento do staff foi muito eficiente e atencioso, nos tendo ajudado em todas as nossas solicitações, com funcionários fluentes em inglês e espanhol, além de francês. O café da manhã era delicioso e farto, possuindo excelente localização, com uma estação do metrô a poucos metros, várias opções de restaurantes nas proximidades, assim como lojas, mercadinhos, farmácias, boulangeries e o lindo Jardim de Luxemburgo. Ótimo custo-benefício para os padrões parisienses !

Hotel bem localizado, bairro charmoso e tranquilo, junto a duas estações de metrô, quartos pequenos, mas aconchegantes. Tem TV a cabo, cama box, ar condicionado, jarra térmica, café e chá de cortesia. O café da manhã é muito bom, atendentes solícitos.

We stayed at Mercure Montparnasse Paris for four nights in June '15. We thought the price was great for the quality of hotel. Beautiful on the outside&inside. Staff was friendly and inviting. The lobby is very modern, with lots of life and color. Clean and refreshing. The rooms are just the same. A little on the smaller side which is typical for such great location hotels anywhere in Europe. Very clean. Really nice shower! Free WIFI. The location is PERFECT. Close to lots of restaurants, tourist attractions. We would come back here 100%. Loved it.
