Perfect place to stay if you want to save a few $$$. Clean, spacious, quiet and street parking is free from 8PM-9AM.
5-min walk to the metro and you are in the city within 15 minutes.
Definitely a recommended place to stay, especially if you rather save some money and spend it an all the sightseeing :)

The hotel provided a four-starred quality of service. The room was stylish and clean. Personal items, such as slippers, comb could only be provided upon request, not sure if it is a common practice in Europe. The bedside was damaged, and there was no electric kittle. The breakfast was tasty, despite the choice was limited. Overall, the experience was good and worth revisiting again.

The room is not big but it is clean. It is only a five-minute walk to the Balard subway station. Each station in Paris subway is very short, so it is very fast to go anywhere. It is a very cost-effective hotel! There is a rest and dining area on the first floor where you can drink hot water and snacks. There is a supermarket 800 meters away from the hotel, and there is a McDonald's next to it.
