Entering the lobby, the young ladies serving at the front desk are very enthusiastic. Entering the room gives people a very tall and elegant feeling! To be honest, the sanitation is very clean and comfortable, and the facilities in the room are very smart. The environment is quiet, elegant and comfortable, giving people a feeling of enjoyment! Breakfast has a wide variety of dishes, suitable for everyone's taste! In short, this time I came to this newly opened Lavande Hotel, and the experience is super good! I will choose Lavande again

The room itself was in good condition, with all necessary amenities. Free water and tea were provided regularly. The shower had hot water, which was nice. Location was also good, with a short taxi ride taking me anywhere in the city. Overall, the value for price is great!

There is a park next to the exterior with trees and water, which makes me feel very good. It was a great feeling to see the night view at night. The lady at the front desk was very gentle and considerate. She took the initiative to introduce the hotel with a washing machine and ironing machine, free parking, and poured me a glass of water when she saw me waiting for someone in the lobby. I will choose to stay here again when I come to Changji next time.

Ssunka2iii這次入住體驗非常糟糕，尤其是服務方面令人失望。前台部分工作人員態度非常差，打電話諮詢時話還沒説完就被掛斷，態度極其敷衍，完全感受不到任何應有的禮貌和專業素養。
提行李到園區時也遇到問題：幫忙搬運行李的工作人員效率低下，且幾乎不提供實際幫助，客人衹能自己動手把重物抬到他們的三輪車上。完全沒有體現出應有的服務水準。
值得一提的是，期間有一位少數民族姑娘態度很好，服務很到位，是整個體驗中為數不多的亮點。
整體來説，除了個別員工以外，服務體驗非常差，不會考慮再次入住，也不推薦他人選擇。
