The front desk staff was incredibly kind, and the room was even more spacious than expected, with a superb view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and bright, with excellent dry and wet separation, strong shower pressure, and good quality toiletries. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and tasted delicious. The service staff were friendly and responsive. The location is also very convenient, quiet yet with easy access to transportation. It offers incredible value for money, and you can truly feel the attention to detail everywhere. Highly recommended, I will definitely choose to stay here again next time! From check-in to check-out, you can feel the hotel's dedication throughout. It's definitely a top-notch choice for both business trips and leisure vacations! I've already recommended it to friends and will certainly be back.

YYelanwotingfengchuiyu07Upon entering the room, the first thing that catches the eye is the impeccable environment; every corner is spotless, and everything is neatly arranged. The room is fully equipped, and the view from the window is of lush greenery. My stay was excellent, especially the warm and welcoming service from the butlers, Xiao Xie and Xiao Hu, at the front desk. If I have the opportunity to return, I will definitely stay at Luhu Lake again!

Cons:
Despite its name, railway station isn't that close. You need to take a taxi (or walk 30 minutes).
Check-in process for foreigners will be very tiring (we had to wait 40 minutes in hotel lobby with extremely tired two kids, being questioned by staff about many things. We were asked 'why did you visit here', I thought this is a very ride question. Hotel should welcome guests instead of interrogating them especially when they're super tired after a long day. I'm not blaming the staff as they seem to be doing what they were told to do (protocol I suppose). But we didn't face such interrogating in any of the other hotels in China so I'm not sure why.
Another inconvenience, the laundry facility doesn't have a dryer.. We ended up with a load of wet clothes after using the washing machine.. So be aware.

The bathroom features a scientifically designed wet and dry separation. The sofa is very comfortable, perfect for those with back problems. There are sterilized ceramic teacups available for immediate use. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of the gently flowing river. The lighting is soft and not glaring, and the smart curtain system works very well. There are many night markets and local delicacies nearby, all within a ten-minute walk, making it a great option for food lovers!

GGuest UserJiucheng Hotel is first-class in the local area. It is built in a garden, with enough parking spaces and good staff. The breakfast is almost rich, the room and the whole hotel are very clean, and the decoration is stylish and beautiful. It has its own large restaurant, and the food and beverage are all good, which is convenient for guests, otherwise they may have to walk a long way to eat. There is no good restaurant in a small street outside the main entrance, and there are many cotton shops outside the back door, and no restaurant. The hotel could have done better: the boiler room could be moved to the ”Lulu” area to avoid noise affecting multiple rooms. Due to the building itself, there are several rooms between the state of having windows and no windows. In these cases, the room price should be reduced to a certain extent and the guests should be informed online or in person to avoid all kinds of unpleasantness caused by it.

While not luxurious, the room was very clean and comfortable, with practical amenities (e.g., plenty of outlets and good water pressure). The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and shops. It was also very economical, and the staff were very helpful in resolving any issues. The little details (e.g., the free mineral water) were very thoughtful. The value for money was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again!

JJiajia912This hotel offers great value for money, especially during the Chinese New Year period. The breakfast is plentiful, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are good.
Providing only one room key is inappropriate. Your room rate only offers one or two breakfast options; there's no option for breakfast-free. If you choose one breakfast and don't eat the others, how will you access electricity in the room without a key? If the front desk staff were attentive during check-in, they would have noticed this.
There were children staying with us, and they didn't proactively ask if we needed extra toiletries or slippers. In short, the hotel is nice, but the service is mediocre. The staff at check-in were unfriendly and cold. The staff at check-out were nice.
The service needs improvement to match the hotel's facilities.
