9.6/10
Excellent
GGuest UserAs soon as I entered the room, I saw the fruits ready for check-in. After driving all day, I checked in at around 10 pm. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and put a Hada on each of our necks. When I checked in, I asked what time breakfast would be delivered to the room the next day. The breakfast variety was also very rich. The facilities in the room are very complete, the hotel is very new, and the massage chair is very comfortable, which relieves the fatigue of driving all day. The oxygen concentrator can provide oxygen for two people at the same time.
GGuest UserAs the best homestay in the village, I have to boast. In addition to breakfast, it is not satisfactory. I hope the owner can find a better chef and don't disappoint the beauty of the restaurant window! Three 18-year-old children at the front desk can be sent out for training for a few months. I believe that after returning, the overall service level will be improved.
GGuest UserI was initially a bit concerned about the quality of the hotel at such a high altitude and in such a remote location. Upon arrival, my concerns were completely dispelled. The decor was brand new, without any hint of decorator's decor. Parking was also very convenient, with our own parking lot, so we didn't have to park on the roadside, which was much safer. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Seeing that I was suffering from severe altitude sickness, she even lent me an oxygen concentrator. With the oxygen supply in the room, I felt much better after one night, and I had the energy to drive to Lhasa the next day without any delays. I highly recommend staying here.
GGuest UserNo air conditioning but not cold, the front desk answers the phone when checking in, does the phone answer during working hours? Although the processing is very fast. Other aspects are not bad, quite satisfactory. The room is not clean enough to see a melon seed shell at a glance
GGuest UserService: Great, very good! ! !
Environment: Yes
Hygiene: Yes
Facilities: Good
The service is very good, there are fruit apple bananas, and there are many bottles of bottled water in the room, which is very intimate. At night, you can see the Tibetan horse bear. It is located in the ”safari park”. It is free to see wildlife. It is recommended to stay!
GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, oxygen is sufficient, there are many restaurants behind the hotel, convenient to eat, rich breakfast, warm front desk, complete facilities, good environment, the best is oxygen, 4700 altitude people are going to waste, the front desk explained that they have to suck, eat and have been sucking, sucking until falling asleep, The little friends don't call us to go out and have to sleep all the time. It's too comfortable. I highly recommend it to the friends.
AAnonymous UserFacilities: There is floor heating written, but there is no floor heating, and the room is very cold. The shower pipe in the bathroom is bad and needs to be held in a bath
Hygiene: To be honest, this is the worst of all the hotels I have stayed in this trip. So much so that we dare not take off our clothes when we sleep. Everywhere, there are dust and stains.
Service: If it weren't for the enthusiasm and patience of the front desk girl, I might be all low scores. But this only five-star service to the front desk girl.
WWanyanwoliyanThe environment is already good in such a cold area, the room is clean, there are electric blankets, the parking area in the yard is large, and the corridor overlooks the magnificent scenery of Dangya. The boss is warm and friendly, explaining to the guests the route from Cuoqin to Dangya with better road conditions, praise and encouragement!
GGuest UserThe hotel room is clean and the parking is good. The overall facilities are quite satisfactory. The waiter is very good. I asked the boss to open the door of the room and look at the environment. The Sichuan cuisine downstairs tastes very authentic. The outside environment is also super comfortable.
