"The hotel has a large parking lot right in front, and the hotel itself is very clean. I booked a room with a telescope, which was very spacious and offered desert views. The facilities were brand new, with no strange odors. The mattress and pillows were excellent, ensuring I slept soundly until I woke up naturally. I was extremely satisfied. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants, so finding food is never an issue, and it's also very close to the desert attractions. All the hotel staff were wonderful – warm, patient, and always ready to answer any questions. They even offered thoughtful reminders. The young lady in the photo was especially kind, making her the most memorable part of my stay. I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I get the chance to visit."

The third time they said they would change the room, but it was still the same floor room, useless! But Ctrip really won me over this time~ The hotel I originally booked was sold out, so I was asked to refund, and then Ctrip called me to book another hotel, which was better in location and grade than the one I booked myself! I didn't have to pay the price difference, so I really fell in love with Ctrip from then on! A certain group abandoned it!"
