"The rooms were exceptionally clean, the front desk service was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. It was the best hotel I've stayed in these past few days. Many of my travel companions, even those who'd been to Dahaidao or gone off-roading in the sand, all came to this hotel – it's really great. I highly recommend it to everyone; if I ever pass through Shanshan County again, I'll definitely stay here."

"The hotel reception upgraded me from a room with no window to one with a small window. The room was generally new, and the disposable toiletries were of acceptable quality. However, the room smelled of smoke, the hairdryer was a bit dirty, and the ventilation holes were blocked by lint 🙈. Also, it was incredibly noisy at night; a young man was making noise in the hallway until 2 AM, and I was woken up again in the morning by music from a nearby kindergarten. I'm fed up! The reception staff were friendly, and the cleaning staff were polite. They offered free coffee refills, so overall it was pretty good. However, they need to increase patrols on the lower floors."

"I chose this room specifically for the desert view, but the binoculars were broken, the window was cracked, and the bathroom drainage was faulty. The good points: The service was good, the pick-up and drop-off service was excellent, punctual, and the staff were friendly; although the room facilities weren't great, service was always prompt in addressing the issues (although the binoculars problem couldn't be fixed)."

"The hotel is very close to the desert and has a good location and convenient transportation. There is convenient parking downstairs and plenty of charging stations. The room is clean and spacious, with a humidifier, so it doesn't feel too dry because it's close to the desert. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with good sanitary conditions. The furniture and bedding are all new and clean, but unfortunately the TV cannot be projected. The service attitude of the sister at the front desk was very good. She upgraded the room type for free. "This hotel is so thoughtful. They greeted us as soon as we got off the car, helped us with our luggage, and gave us a big watermelon, which was brought to our room. It is simply a five-star service. When you come here, you are treated as one of their own family. We went to the pharmacy and had a meal. They were all very enthusiastic and warm. "The hotel accommodation area is a row of townhouses. Each villa has about five or six rooms. The sand view king room we booked is arranged on the second floor. It has a small balcony and can see the sand view~ I was actually very satisfied with the environment when I first entered the hotel. When I checked in, I was given a small bag of dried fruits as a souvenir. I felt like I made a lot of money to book such an exquisite hotel for more than 200 yuan. The car was parked directly outside the villa and there were flowers in the small yard. It drives beautifully! However, after actually moving in, I still felt that the facility maintenance and services were lacking: 1. The TV in the room is very large, but unfortunately it only has a TV signal. You can adjust the TV station to watch, but it can’t connect to the Internet. You can’t watch online TV or cast the screen. The beautiful manager enthusiastically came to adjust it for us for a long time, but it still didn’t work. 2. You must know that most of the people who come to stay here come for the Kumtag Desert, so the first thing to do after playing in the sand is to take a shower. There was no hot water when we took a shower, so we called the front desk. Only then did we realize that the water heater had tripped. Of course, this could be because we were unlucky... We couldn't take a shower until half past twelve. 3. Still taking a shower, I finally had some hot water to take a shower. As a result, 2 of the 3 boxes hanging on the bathroom wall were empty and there was no shampoo. It was too late and I didn’t call the front desk. If the water heater tripped, it was luck. Problem, if the toiletries are not replenished in time, it can only be due to insufficient maintenance services. 4.Breakfast is a bit basic When I finally checked out, the lady at the front desk gave me a cute cat pendant. The overall service was still very good~"
