The room was excellent, no complaints there. The only downside was the construction site outside the window. The hotel's location is fantastic, though. It's just a stone's throw from Shenyang North Station, making train travel incredibly convenient. For my afternoon train, the hotel even offered a buffet lunch (pretty similar to breakfast, but filling and clean). I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang.

I was pressed for time and didn't have a chance to do much research, but after seeing great reviews on RED (Xiaohongshu) and Doubao, I went ahead and booked it on short notice. To my surprise, the experience far exceeded my expectations: 1. Facilities & Location: Everything was fantastic—from the room decor and hotel location to the quality of the buffet. 2. Unexpected Perk: At 88 stories high, the hotel is the tallest building in Shenyang. Overlooking the entire city from the top floor was incredible; everything below looked like miniature toys. Such incredible value for money! 3. Service Experience: Since it was a last-minute booking, I called the front desk beforehand with a ton of questions about the location, proximity to the Mukden Palace and the Marshal Zhang's Mansion, as well as room types. The staff answered each question with great detail and patience, which saved me a lot of trip-planning time. One evening, we returned late, and he even specifically asked if we had a good time and if we needed help calling a taxi. And the room was also fantastic. The floor-to-ceiling windows on a high floor overlooked the lake view of Youth Park. It was especially beautiful when the lights came on at night, even more stunning than in the photos. This kind of service isn't just routine politeness; it's genuinely caring about the guests' needs. Next time I'm in Shenyang, I'll definitely stay here again and be sure to look for Eric!

This hotel is really great, especially the front desk staff. They were so thoughtful! When I booked, I requested a quiet, high-floor room, and when I arrived, they upgraded me. The room was fantastic. Plus, they let me check in in the morning. The front desk said I was lucky because they're usually fully booked by then since it's inside the Fangcheng scenic area. It just so happened that the day before I arrived, they had fewer guests, so there was an empty room available. I really appreciate it!

What a surprise, I booked it for one day at first, fearing it would be uncomfortable. I didn't expect the boss and the front desk service to be so good. So I booked another day. The air conditioner in the middle room was broken, so the boss took the initiative to change the room. The cleaning lady was as warm and welcoming as a family member. She took such good care of our family that we felt embarrassed. The hotel is not far from anywhere and has its own parking lot. I had a great time staying in Shenyang this time.
