The view from the 6th floor is fantastic, you can see Chaka Salt Lake. The backyard parking lot is huge and has slow chargers. The room is spacious, and the hot water pressure is great, making for a very comfortable shower. The breakfast spread is extensive, with freshly cooked tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) and rice noodles. We went to Chaka Salt Lake early in the morning and made use of the late check-out until 2 PM. Upon check-out, we even received a small gift – a salt-carved bear.

The hotel's location is excellent, right off the highway exit, making it very easy to find, and parking is convenient. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and enthusiastic. The bathroom in my room had a separate shower and toilet, the shower water pressure was stable and the temperature just right, and the toilet's flush was strong. The room itself was spacious, and the soundproofing was excellent, so staying with friends was very comfortable. The hotel also provided a complimentary breakfast which was very generous and looked (and tasted!) delicious. I left feeling completely full.

The room is clean and has a unique design. It has tatami mats, a projection, and a tea table. The two children sat at the tea table and drank tea. It is very convenient to eat in front of the hotel and very close to Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area. Friends who bring their children to Chaka Salt Lake must bring waterproof overalls for their children. The waterproof shoes rented in the scenic area are of no use to active children. Two children also got wet wearing waterproof shoes. .

This stay truly exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was comfortable, and there was an oxygen concentrator. After visiting the Salt Lake, my pants were covered in salt, and the hotel staff kindly took them to be washed and delivered them back to my room, which was a really thoughtful touch. I slept soundly until morning. When I woke up, I saw a thick blanket of snow outside and even got to play in the courtyard for a while. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. Overall, it offers great value for money, and the environment is quiet and peaceful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to any friends traveling here – it's well worth a stay!

This was truly the best hotel I stayed at during my entire trip to Gansu. I brought my elderly family member, who was feeling unwell due to altitude sickness after arriving the previous night. Surprisingly, the receptionist provided constant care and assistance, offering oxygen, upgrading our room, checking my blood oxygen levels, helping with our luggage, and much more. It was incredibly attentive and considerate. The breakfast the next morning was also exceptionally delicious; the steamed buns seemed to be homemade, and the vermicelli soup was amazing. The elderly gentleman in charge of breakfast explained each dish to us, and he was incredibly hospitable. The hotel environment was also top-notch, with a diffused oxygen concentrator and air purifier – a truly perfect experience!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The service is incredibly attentive, and the staff are always ready to help with anything, even assisting with planning sightseeing routes. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and offers a rich breakfast spread. Its location is also great, making it convenient for getting around. Highly recommended!

Staying in the oxygen-supplied RV at the Chaka Salt Lake Bubble House Hotel was absolutely delightful! We specifically chose to wake up early to catch the sunrise over the old salt lake, and the RV's location was superb. Just by opening the window, we could see the sky transitioning with the changing light, and the pure white salt flats were painted a warm golden by the dawn. The scenery was both serene and stunning. The altitude is quite high, but thankfully, the in-vehicle oxygen supply system ensured our sleep wasn't affected by a lack of oxygen at all. We slept soundly until morning! The RV was very clean, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water, making daily life very convenient. The campsite environment was quiet, and the air was fresh in the morning. The staff even thoughtfully reminded us of the best spots to watch the sunrise. Staying within the scenic area saved us travel time, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the morning beauty of the salt lake. This oxygen-supplied RV is definitely the top choice when visiting Chaka!

This is my first time staying in this hotel. The room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is clean and odorless, and there is no dust. The front desk service attitude is very good, warm and thoughtful, and parking is very convenient. It is also convenient to travel.

This positive review is for the lovely lady at the front desk! She patiently explained the breakfast options, which included local specialty ramen and a buffet! She also brought us fruit, and adorably encouraged me to take more photos of the room, which truly was great! The facilities are excellent! Most importantly, they provide disposable amenities. Other friends should definitely consider this hotel, as it offers incredible value for money!

The shower was broken, the sink was leaking and there was water on the floor all the time. However, both could be used. Downstairs there’s a restaurant and it was very noisy, but got quieter after at 10 pm. WiFi connection was good. A great advantage of this hotel is the location right next to the lake which is very convenient. Therefore, it’s a good option for a one night stay.
