The family room even has a slide and trampoline for kids, plus plenty of space for them to play. They even thoughtfully placed a Strawberry Bear on the bed! Cleanliness: It was very clean. Honestly, I usually have doubts about hotel hygiene, but they provided disposable toilet seat covers, towels, and bath towels, which put me completely at ease. The hotel also offered complimentary fruit and yogurt upon check-in, and water and juice when we checked out."

"The hotel owner is very nice and highly recommends this hotel. I definitely won't regret staying here. I'll definitely stay here again when my children are older. 1. On the first day, we took the wrong exit on the navigation, so the owner picked us up from the highway. The next day, he took us to the Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area. After our afternoon visit to Chaka Salt Lake, we checked out, and since we still had three hours before our train, the owner let us rest in our room. 2. The rooms are newly decorated, and the amenities are thoughtful. They provide two extra pillows, a water dispenser, an oxygen concentrator, thickened curtains, and slippers and toiletries for the children. Breakfast is also heated. Overall, they've thought of everything for their guests."

The room facilities were all new, the hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly, and toiletries were provided. You could feel the hotel's attention to detail everywhere. When I needed anything, I contacted the front desk, and the staff responded promptly and patiently, without any sign of impatience. This hotel is one of the best in town, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The in-room oxygen supply and adjustable air conditioning were lifesavers – we slept perfectly on the plateau without feeling stuffy. It even snowed on the mountains last night, and the view from our room was stunning. The hotel's location is excellent, with high floors offering views of Chaka Salt Lake. The service was attentive, and they provided oxygen machines for free to help with altitude sickness. However, they host too many tour groups. Although individual guests and groups are on separate floors, I was woken up around 11 PM by the sounds of guests checking into the rooms next door and upstairs. In the morning, the elevators were chaotic and crowded, making it difficult to get in. If they don't control the number of tour groups they host, these issues will likely remain unresolved."
