They communicated via WeChat, and their responses were super prompt. They even upgraded us to a suite, which was absolutely luxurious! Overall, I was very satisfied. The room was very clean and incredibly spacious. All the staff were very polite. Highly recommended!"

She even proactively reminded me of nearby attractions, breakfast times, and travel tips, her gentle and caring tone instantly relieving my travel fatigue. The room was even more reassuring. It was reassuringly clean, with every corner neatly arranged, free of dust and odors. The bed was soft and comfortable, incredibly relaxing, and the soundproofing was excellent, providing a quiet and restful night's sleep – the most restful night's sleep of the entire trip. The room facilities were all new, the hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly, and toiletries were provided. You could feel the hotel's attention to detail everywhere. When I needed anything, I contacted the front desk, and the staff responded promptly and patiently, without any sign of impatience. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the public areas are spotless. Staying here makes me feel incredibly safe, unlike some hotels that feel cold and impersonal. Instead, it feels like a comfortable temporary home. The price-performance ratio is truly exceptional. It's perfect for solo travelers, groups of friends, or families. This is the kind of hotel you'd want to return to and genuinely recommend. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, and I wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a hotel to everyone. "Choosing this hotel for our drive to Chaka was such a smart decision! It's less than a 10-minute drive from the scenic area, and parking is incredibly convenient, even offering charging stations, which is a huge plus for electric car owners like us. This hotel is one of the best in town, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The in-room oxygen supply and adjustable air conditioning were lifesavers – we slept perfectly on the plateau without feeling stuffy. It even snowed on the mountains last night, and the view from our room was stunning. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with anti-slip mats, showing excellent attention to detail! The breakfast selection was extensive. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Chaka!"

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise on our Qinghai-Gansu loop trip! I booked it based on good reviews, not expecting much, but it totally exceeded my expectations. The front desk attendant was super friendly and even upgraded our room. Our room had a 120-degree view, and we could clearly see the herdsmen's horses and sheep grazing on the opposite grassland. The bedding was really comfortable, easily comparable to a star-rated hotel. The cleanliness was also excellent. If you're visiting Chaka Salt Lake, I highly recommend staying here; it offers great value for money!"

"During our self-driving tour along the Qinghai-Gansu Loop, we stayed at numerous hotels, and this one was, without a doubt, the most satisfying experience we've had so far! The facilities are excellent. The hotel is brand new, featuring branded showers, an Arrow smart toilet with a heated seat (no cold surprise!), and a mattress that's just right – not too soft, and spine-friendly. It's also exceptionally clean and fresh, offering wonderful views. The absolute highlight, however, was the oxygen concentrator. At an altitude of 3100 meters, we initially experienced some mild altitude sickness (which we hadn't anticipated), but having the oxygen concentrator made a tremendous difference for our family's comfort! For high-altitude stays, definitely book a hotel with this amenity. The environment is incredibly beautiful. Our room offered a stunning 270-degree panoramic view of grasslands and white clouds. Simply lying or sitting there, soaking in the scenery, felt like an absolute steal! Service from the front desk staff was fantastic. We requested a non-smoking room for our children, and they were incredibly thoughtful, even checking the smoking status of adjacent rooms and placing us next to other families on parent-child trips. A huge thumbs-up for their attentiveness!"

"The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Sky No. 1 Scenic Area and only a 12km drive from the Sky Mirror Scenic Area. The large parking lot at the scenic area makes parking very convenient. The front desk staff, especially the charming young lady, were exceptionally warm, attentive, and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary fruit and unlimited entry tickets to the scenic area. The rooms are very spacious with excellent facilities, offering a panoramic view of the salt lake scenic area right outside the window. They were clean, tidy, and had comfortable bedding. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, an excellent hotel that's definitely worth a stay."

After visiting the Salt Lake, my pants were covered in salt, and the hotel staff kindly took them to be washed and delivered them back to my room, which was a really thoughtful touch. I slept soundly until morning. When I woke up, I saw a thick blanket of snow outside and even got to play in the courtyard for a while. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat.
