"We checked in late at night after touring Chaka Salt Lake, and since we were traveling with a child, they offered us a room upgrade, so the three of us slept very comfortably. The breakfast was also great, with just the right items for breakfast, and they replenished the food immediately whenever it ran low. It is truly the best."

"The hotel is right next to the entrance of Sky One Scenic Area. When we arrived, we all suffered from altitude sickness. The front desk lady thoughtfully turned on the oxygen machine in our room, which alleviated our hypoxia symptoms. The hotel also provided complimentary scenic area tickets, and the views were absolutely stunning. Breakfast was quite rich."

"Choosing this hotel for our drive to Chaka was such a smart decision! It's less than a 10-minute drive from the scenic area, and parking is incredibly convenient, even offering charging stations, which is a huge plus for electric car owners like us. This hotel is one of the best in town, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The in-room oxygen supply and adjustable air conditioning were lifesavers – we slept perfectly on the plateau without feeling stuffy. It even snowed on the mountains last night, and the view from our room was stunning. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with anti-slip mats, showing excellent attention to detail! The breakfast selection was extensive. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Chaka!"

"This stay was absolutely perfect! As soon as I walked in, I was amazed by how clean everything was – the floors, bathroom, and windowsills were spotless, and there wasn't any strange odor. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the staff were thoughtful enough to tell me about nearby attractions and local snacks. The room had great natural light, the mattress was just right (not too soft, not too hard), and the soundproofing was excellent, so I had a completely undisturbed night's rest. It's easy to get around from downstairs, and parking is convenient. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious. It's suitable for both business trips and vacations. "This was my first time visiting Chaka Salt Lake, and I chose this hotel – it was a great experience. I spent a long time deliberating on Trip.com before finally booking this place, and I definitely made the right choice. From my room window, I could see the distant Kunlun Mountains and even a glimpse of the salt lake, which was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was very clean and well-equipped. The Chaka Salt Lake area can get quite windy and dusty at times, so I was pleasantly surprised that there wasn't a speck of dust in the hotel! By the way, I'm a light sleeper and wake up at the slightest noise. However, it was incredibly quiet at night here, and I had a fantastic night's sleep. The hotel service was also excellent. I was suffering from altitude sickness that day, and they immediately provided me with an oxygen concentrator. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Overall, my accommodation experience during this trip was fantastic. I came with friends, and we took some great photos outside the hotel – they turned out wonderfully! In summary, it was a solid choice, no regrets, and I'd definitely stay here again next time."

"This hotel is already considered quite good in Chaka Town! Facilities: Overall, the room facilities are decent, pretty much standard for the Huazhu Group. Hygiene: The hygiene is generally acceptable. We are quite clean ourselves, so we brought disposable toilet seat covers and tissues to lay on the vanity. Because we were worried about altitude sickness, we only did a simple wash-up and didn't really use the shower. Environment: The environment is okay. After looking around, I feel this hotel is one of the better ones. Service: The front desk lady proactively upgraded my room type. She upgraded it without even telling me, and when I opened the room door, I found that the twin room with 1.2-meter beds had been changed to one double bed and one single bed, much larger! I was so surprised and felt genuinely touched! The lady was so kind; seeing that I had an older child with me, she just went straight to the best solution without saying a word. Thank you for your warmth!"

"The environment of the inn is impeccable. You can see the grassland when you open the curtains. However, the facilities are not very clean. There is sand on the bed and a lot of dust on the bedside table. You have to wait for half an hour for the water heater to finish one wash. There is no phone in the room and the inn has no front desk, so the projector cannot be used. You can only walk to the bar in the cold wind to find someone, which is not very convenient."

"I couldn't be happier with my choice of Chaka Jundao Hotel for this trip to Chaka Salt Lake! The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the salt lake scenic area, making travel very convenient. "This hotel is conveniently located close to the highway exit. The soundproofing is excellent, so there's no noise disturbance. They even provide humidifiers and oxygen concentrators, which is a thoughtful touch for out-of-town guests and truly heartwarming. We also received a complimentary fruit platter.
